My dad is really happy with the dining, the housekeeping is going well and the healthcare staff is really informative. Everything has been going just fine; it works just fine for us.

The staff is wonderful, they all treat us very well and cares about us, they take very good care of the residents and they're very loving. You just feel really comfortable like you're at home with family. Dining is good, we have a good variety, it's not the same thing day after day, and we have different menus. The activities are very good, they keep us occupied. The staff keeps my apartment very clean and maintenance is excellent, if there's any kind of a problem they come up and fix it immediately. The healthcare staff has been very prompt and caring, they're excellent, and I’m very content here.

The management team is great and the variety of the food is okay. Last Mother's Day, they put on a bruch that was excellent and delightful. I think my loved one is getting adequate care.

Aesthetics was the appeal and one of the reasons we chose this place. The food has been lovely and the options are nice. We are big on soups and the soups here are great. They have a lovely patio to sit out by the lake. The call light system here feels like room service. Anytime we have needed anything someone has been available to help us. It is wonderful to put the call light and someone acknowledge you in a timely fashion. They are very prompt. Everyone greets you with a smile and that is big.

We are pleased with the service that Mom is getting from management, dining, housekeeping and care. Maintenance takes care of everything from what I can see. She has gone down and listened to the music. She says she has gone to exercise. I am trying to get her involved in more of the activities because that will help keep her more active. She hasn't spoke of any problems in regards to her care. When I am there they do what I ask. If I ask questions about how things are they seem to be okay with everything.

My dad has been there a year, and everything seems to be fine. The food is good for the most part, and we do see activities offered daily. Everything is good with maintenance and he is happy with his apartment, comfortable and safe in it. All in all, I think the value is pretty good.

I was looking for a place to live because my home burned down and this place was open. They even got me in a week earlier which was nice. Management does everything reasonably and promptly. The activities people do a good job considering the variety of people they have to work with. The food is good and the servers are absolutely good, the building also looks nice. You're getting three meals a day, laundry and cleaning, it's a great deal.

My mom moved into this community because they were very nice and accommodating. It was a lot like the area where she was staying. We are getting more for our money at this community. Management has been very good and accommodating. The menu looks very good. I have walked all around the place and it is well kept. Her room seems to be well kept. The maintenance guy is very good. I mentioned something to him and he hoped on it right away. The caregivers are right there with her pills. The staff is all very nice and I like the location. They were very accommodating when we moved in.

My parents seem to be enjoying their meals, they eat most of their meals there and say the food is very good most of the time and they go out to lunch and dinner a lot. They were excited about all the different exercise programs, that they were right there at the facility and so convenient and the choices offered, they were very receptive to the offerings. Everybody is really nice and helpful and the grounds are really nice, Windchime has always been top notch.

I think the price is fair but I didn't really look around. The price is probably comparable. I think my mother in law is feeling very safe and comfortable. I have no fears that she is being mistreated. She is totally comfortable here. This is her home and that is what she calls it. Management and the servers in the dining room do a good job. The servers are right there to get the food out to the residents and they do that pretty quickly. The food is cooked in the main dining room and then brought to memory care. The food looks good and seems appetizing. She seems to like it. They do have games on the tables for the residents. The staff is good at having a lot of the older movies going on. They have music and all sorts of things going on in assisted living. I have seen them doing crafts and playing games there. Her room is always well kept and clean. The building is always clean and always smells good. You don't have that icky smell. It always smells fresh and clean. Everything is clean and well kept. Their outside is very nice. They have courtyards and the memory care has their own outside space too. That is kept very nice and it is enjoyable to be out there. When she moved in, there was an outlet that needed work and they came in right away to fix that. They brought furniture in for her because her bed was too big for her room. They brought that in right away and set it up. Transportation always seems to be on time. The guy who usually drivers the bus is extremely friendly and helpful. He visits with the residents and seems to know them. He knows their names and who they are. I like that. The caregivers do a really good job. They are really good and seem to know their residents and call them by name. They know their likes and dislikes. Every time she has fallen, they have called me and let me know. They have been really good at getting her transported or sending her to the hospital to be checked out. She has had a couple of injuries. One time she took a tumble and got a cut on her arm. Another time, she fell and got a cut above her nose. They were really good at getting her to the hospital and calling me. She gets her med's on time. For a while she was refusing to take her medication. They worked with me to find ways to get her to take her meds. The residents seem to be happy at this community. I feel like this is a good home and good assisted living. I think the staff is very kind and they really do concern themselves with the residents. I have never heard them sound short with any residents. Everyone seems like it is really peaceful and the staff genuinely care.
