I think the value is fair for the services received. The vehicle is in very good condition, the van is new and the bus is pretty comfortable for a bus. The housekeeper is very good. There are so many different things available for the varying interests. We have an outstanding activities director, her name is Keely. The maintenance team is on top of things, any small problems I've had they take care of right away. I think all the services are pretty good here.

They have things planned for us all the time, they have good meals, and I've just been very pleased. If you put in a work order they're good about doing what you ask them to do. I don’t believe you'd find a better place anywhere. I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

I like the management a lot. We really enjoy the layout here and have commented many times that it's all we need. The activities are great. Keely is a very good Activities Director, she is super. I really like the personality of the fellow that cleans and Sandra in charge of laundry is super. They have done a good job renovating the inside of the building. I really am pleased with how things are going here.

We waited a year to get the apartment we wanted but it is perfect. Keelie is the best person on staff. She is the activities director. She varies all the activities. She tries to do a little bit for everyone. She is open to anything we want to do. She does an excellent job. The main housekeeper does a very good job. If there is a problem she makes it right. There is always someone constantly cleaning. You never go into a room that is not taken care of. They just bought a new van, and that has been good. All in all, I think they are doing everything well.

Ellie is very responsive in the management office. The activities are fantastic. The Activities Director has something going every day. There are multiple activities. There is Lunch Bunch every Friday and some of the activities are off site, Linda is great. Genta is always on time; she is polite and helps you get in and out of the bus. Now we have the van and that is a nice change too.

They do a great job of managing the community and do everything well. The food is good and the dining room is just wonderful. They do a good job at cleaning and making beds. Maintenance is good as well. All in all, the value is good so I'd recommend it anytime.

I think the price is probably a good value based on other places we looked at. The management team all seems very nice, responsive and attentive. My parents are enjoying the dining. My mom has done yoga, a movie and a Spanish class. My dad enjoys more coffee and talking with the guys. The housekeepers are coming in to clean regularly. Maintenance responded immediately when called. There are places to sit and a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood. I think they're happy with how things are going.

We've had family members there in the past, one currently, a lot of family friends there as well. Ellie, in management, is wonderful. There are plenty of activities available. The entire facility is very nice and clean. Maintenance has been very helpful. We're very pleased.

We needed a better fit for her care, and we wanted to stay in close proximity to her. After a walk through and meeting with the marketing director, we really liked it. It was a much better fit for her needs. Overall, we're very happy and thankful we made the decision to transfer her there. The dining room is the best, we love it. The food is excellent, there's enough of it provided, and the presentation is great. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond and handles things that aren't in their job requirements.

The day time nurse, Rhonda is fabulous. She's very helpful and responsive. I do see plenty of activities going on in memory care whenever I go in. My mom's happy there, Yvette in the activities department makes them happy and makes them laugh. She's excellent, really great. They're taking care of everything. As far as a private facility, I think it's fair.
