All American Assisted Living at Hanson

The community is very well maintained and maintenance responds right away to a work order The activities are also very good. They are interactive and there is a good variety. I would definitely recommend the community to someone else.

My father-in-law loves it at the community. He has some favorites who seem to go above and beyond to look out for him and take care of him, even when it is not part of their duty. I would love for them to be recognized. There is a woman there named, Angie, and she is one of the people who takes care of the residents. Even when my father-in-law is not on her list she still comes to check on him, says hello and takes good care of him. She is a real plus to the community.

The care staff makes sure to keep in touch with the residents and their families. They give us tips for my mother. Tracie Savage and her team are phenomenal. My mother loves the Optimal Living Program. Sh has homework to do at night, such as stretches, and she loves doing that. The maintenance man sends someone up to fix things right away. They are extremely responsive. Housekeeping is fantastic because they take care of her room. The laundry service is great because they fold and hang her clothing. They give a good variety of activities, and my mother gets involved. It's great for her. My mother loves the food. They always cater to her. The dining service is great. The management team is attentive and responsive, and they care about the residents. It's for my peace of mind that she's safe, secure, active, and involved. She gets an incredible value out of it, which I'm so appreciative of. The staff go out of thie rway to make the residents feel appreciated.

The aides have known my mother for a long time and take really good care of her. That is kind of the plus in why I keep her there. If anything needs to be fixed, the maintenance team does that. The building is good. It is in great condition. The accommodations are very nice. Housekeeping and laundry have been great. They do her laundry. Everything seems to always be clean. The aides are great. I think they do a great job on the whole. They seem concerned and caring.

I don't have any issues with managmeent. They are very responsive. From what I see, the activities staff tries to keep people entertained, and they are always doing different things. The maintenance are very good. If anything goes wrong, they respond quickly. The building looks nice when you walk in. It is all clean and looks fine. They are very accommodating. They go in and check on him. The nurses are great and responsive. They call me if they think there is an issue. They all understand him and give him a little extra attention, which he needs at this point.

I haven't been to too many other places, but this is the best community that we have been in. Everybody here is very nice, the food quality and menu variety is very good, and my mother is very happy with the food and the activities. She goes to exercise every day and has had physical therapy here several times. We have seen a big improvement. The accommodations are great. Housekeeping takes care of the room and keeps it clean. It always smells nice. We have been extremely happy with the care she gets. She seems to really enjoy it here, and we are very happy with this place. This is a really nice place.

I chose the community for my aunt because it was less expensive, I liked the cozy size, and their salesperson was very easy to work with. They were lightning quick on everything and had good follow up without being pushy. The maintenance guy helped hang pictures and they had the room ready for her when she came in. The main room, entry, public areas, sitting area and library area are all satisfactory. The community space is generous, very new, and parking seems to be adequate. She is excited about the Happy Hour and she feels good about the activities. She seems very pleased with the dining and it looks lovely. All in all, she seems safe, comfortable and to me, the value is good.

Management is always on top of everything and are always willing to go the extra mile to help you out to do whatever you need to do. The staff in the dining room is awesome. They remember the stuff you like, and even when you can't remember it yourself. I love all the housekeepers. They always come on time when they are supposed to come. I love my accommodations and am very fortunate because I have a room to myself. The building is always nice, neat, and clean. If there is ever a mess, it gets cleaned up right away. I can't say enough about this place. They just provide everything that you need, and I just love it here.

My sister just got back from the hospital, and everybody was on the money as far as making sure she was taken care of. All of the nurses, assistants, and management team met her at the front door when she got back. The food is good. The activities are great. The housekeepers are very helpful to her. Maintenance is very willing to help. Every time there is a phone or a plug that needs to be taken care of, they are here right away. The people here are great. The staff and nurses are right on top of everything. She is completely satisfied. They go out of your way to make sure everything is taken care of.

The apartment is very nice. The management team works very well with us. They are always mingling and talking to the residents. There is always something going on there. They have a schedule of activities out for everyone to see. I see people mingling and doing things all day long there. The care is excellent. There is a lot of staff to care for my sister. They are around all the time, and more than I expected. Maintenance is always busy changing clocks and stuff like that. They are always available if she needs to moved from room to room. You don't have to ask them. The dining staff is great with my sister. They are very considerate. I think the staff does an excellent job and keep me informed of everything. I think they go over and above.
