All American Assisted Living at Hanson

My sister is being very well taken care of. She is getting all the services there that she could possibly need, and they have done a very nice job. I have gotten to know Kristen, who is the head person in charge there, and she is very nice. They have a monthly calendar that they come up with, and they list everything that happens each week. There are all kinds of games and church services and movies. The last thing that we went to was a cookout in the fall, and the whole facility went. I think the activities are really advantageous. In regards to the maintenance, I see maintenance people walking around all the time. I have gotten to know them, and they have been very friendly to me. The therapy people are very helpful and they do their very best. Rebecca is the therapist that we deal with and she is a very lovely lady. We have gotten to know the nurses and they have been very helpful to us as well. The nurses have been wonderful to my sister, and she likes them very much. They have done what is the best for her, and they have done a good job. They are able to work with her and help her. Overall, we have had really positive experiences. We are please with the way the have handled things.

This is a smaller community. The staff is awesome, and it is more than worth the money for all the services they get. Management is very attentive to everyone here, including the families. The caregivers are awesome. We love all the nurses and aides, and they are always going out of their way to check on people. If there is a problem, they call right away. My mother fell and broke her shoulder, and after months of rehab with the phsyical therapists here, she is able to get up and wash herself. She is much more mobile now. If the physical therapy hadn't been in the building, she wouldn't be able to attend to herself as she can now. The staff are always attentive and coming up with ideas and festivities to include the residents in. They always have music and things for the residents. They make sure that they include everyone, including the residents in special care. They go over and above on that. The housekeeping is excellent. The housekeepers are always there on the day she is assigned and are always cleaning, vacuuming, and emptying the trash. Her clothes come back neat and folded. Maintenance comes right away when you need something or when something is broken or if you need a picture hung. They are very attentive.

Management has been great. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. It is a very well run community. My mother says the food is really good here, and she loves it. The people who work in dining are accommodating and willing to help out. Housekeeping does her laundry once a week. Maintenance has been good. The care is also good. I think this is a great place, and I have peace of mind now that she is here. I know she is well taken care of. I don't worry anymore.

The Optimal Living program has been excellent. I think it is a great program. Maintenance is great. Josh is amazing. He is right on it. The place is gorgeous. The staff are amazing. They are really good. They are really attentive to the people. The staff that is there is very nice. The housekeeping is pretty good. The activities are great for the residents.

It appears that it's a well managed community. They prepare foods that he likes. I always get a call from the healthcare staff. They are very attentive and concerned about my father. They have a couple of guys on staff for maintenance. They are very helpful with things, such as setting up a grab bar. Even if you don't know how to use your television, they can help you with that. The place never has a bad odor that you would associate with senior living, and it always smells fresh. I think they do a great job with activities, along with decorating and inviting families for the holidays. They have something going on everyday, and my father takes great pleasure in it. Overall, I like the apartment. He feels safe, well cared for, clean and happy, so I would say that it’s a good value

Kristin, the executive director, is pretty good. I think the place is pretty nice and run pretty well. They try to keep people busy with activities, and Janet works hard. She always has to go grab everybody every time there is something going on. In regards to the housekeeping, they keep the apartments pretty clean and vacuumed. The aides are very good at giving medications when they have to. The maintenance team keeps up with things pretty well.

I tell people all of the time, if you are looking for an assisted living, this is a very good assisted iving. It is pretty, the food is awesome, and they are genuinely caring. I think, for the price, it is a great deal. The care staff is excellent. They are very caring and attentive. They are genuinely kind to him. I don't have any complaints about the housekeeping. They do his laundry, and it comes back nice and clean. They haven't lost anything. Housekeeping is doing a great job. The room is always tidy. Janet, the activities director, is fabulous. If the residents want to go to that many things, they have something morning, noon, and night. The food is excellent. The dining servers are very sweet, and they know the residents and their likes. The management is awesome. Kristen is avaible, visable, hands on, and caring. We like her a lot.

We have dealt with is Bonnie in management, and she has been amazing the whole time. She made us feel more confortable that we were leaving her there and not guilty that we were doing it. My mother-in-law says the food is wonderful, and she seems to be enjoying the activities.The housekeeping is excellent. The room is always clean. The maintenance staff have been wonderful. He put up all her pictures, and he was very nice about it. Angie in healthcare was also excellent when we moved in. She was wonderful. My loved one says the food is wonderful. She likes it all. She has not complained about any of the staff. We have no complaints.

Any time I've come to ask management anything, they always answer your problem or help you out with anything you need. We love the dining area. The food and the people are wonderful. I think they try to do as much as they can for you. There are a lot of activities and a lot of people are involved, so they seem great. The maintenance man knows every resident's name. That was one of the top reasons we picked All American. They seem great, and the building is in great shape. Nursing has been great, and the top nurse is wonderful. The value is great.

The management team likes my mom a lot and gives her a lot of attention. She has the best nurses. They are responsive with me and they hug me whenever I go there. It is just amazing. The activities are the best and the building is perfect and so clean. I think it is wonderful here and she is very well taken care of her. I feel very safe with her here.
