We've been very happy. There are staff that really go out of their way to be very positive and very engaging. The activities staff is especially engaging. It's been very positive. The healthcare staff has been wonderfully cooperative. They've gone above and beyond to accommodate his preferences and how and when he likes things.

My dad loves those care givers there and the management seems very good. The Director is nice, we run into her all the time, and everything runs smooth over there. The value's great. We've had no problems, everything has been really good for him.

I love mom’s community. The care givers are all approachable, sweet, and patient. Housekeeping is pretty good, laundry is great, and maintenance is fantastic. There are activities always going on, it's a good variety, and they’re encouraging people to participate. It seems they've been doing healthier options on the menus lately, which is good. I really have no complaints with the leadership. I am always contacted when there are changes, and they respond to phone calls and emails, so it's good. It’s a fantastic value. Mom loves it there, she's well taken care of, safe, and comfortable.

Between my brother and I, we're there a fair amount and we're really pleased with the community, more than we thought we would. Our mother is always cared for, everyone loves her. Overall, we get what we pay for and she is treated well, so it's worth it for us not only with the money, but with peace of mind too.

They run a good organization, the place is always clean and management is both accessible and friendly. The healthcare staff is responsive, care about their residents and are pretty spot on. The maintenance staff do whatever they're asked to do and are always prompt. Dining is good and the apartment is nice for my parents. Housekeeping does great, along with extra sometimes. I am satisfied.

Management was excellent to deal with, the caregivers were always good and the maintenance staff was very helpful. The building was very nice. I think they provide excellent services and the price is reasonable. We were very happy here.

We liked the location and it was referred for my mother-in-law. The care has been very good and the managers are nice and informative. Maintenance is helpful and housekeeping is very good, everything is very clean.

Everybody in management has been very kind, helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping is great. Everything is where it should be and everything is as neat as a pin. Maintenance is fabulous. The caregivers have been very attentive and very nice. She is happy here and I feel good about my decision to move her here.

Every time you walk into the apartment it smells good and it is pretty clean. I think overall they deserve high marks. They have done a good job with him. I think anybody would be pleased with what they do there. If they keep up with what they are doing now it is a good place.

The staff have always been very responsive and they are great. They are easy to talk to and very willing to help. They have been helpful and responsive any time we've had to call them. The community is always immaculate and things are taken care of.
