All American Assisted Living at Hillsborough

My dad is on the physical therapy program there, and they work him out everyday. He enjoys it. The maintenance is good. The activities departemnt does a good job of keeping them entertained. The activities director is excellent. My dad does like the food there. It's pretty good. The management team is good. The manager himself is very nice. I think it's a very good value. Considering the area we're in and what else is offered, I think it's a good value. It's very clean and very nice.

Everytime I call for any information I get excellent feedback from management and a timely response. Everyone is very helpful here. The food looks good, the dining staff are very friendly and cordial and everything has been very good in regards to housekeeping. Everything here seems to be in good working order and her apartment is great. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone is very polite and they treat the residents like they are their own parents. I am glad that my mother is here and she is in a safe environment. They just do a fantastic job and it is a pretty fair price compared to other communities that she could have gone to.

Management has been very attentive. Michelle is wonderful, and Gary really does his best. The dining staff has been amazing, and the caregivers are wonderful. I know they offer a lot of activities. Housekeeping does a fabulous job. This is a lovely place.

The menu is very nice. The housekeeping is good, the building is lovely, and the staff is excellent. The healthcare is also excellent. If I am not there, they are there to look after him and get him up. The caregivers are very good to him and if you beep them, they are there in a heartbeat.

The care is excellent, they caregivers are responsive. Maintenance is good and housekeeping is excellent. It's a very fair price considering the quality of care. They’ve been very helpful across the board. I appreciate their care for mom.

My mother is very satisfied with the food and the way it’s prepared. The staff is getting her involved and they have good activities. The care givers are pretty attentive. They have done everything that they can to make it safe for her. She's comfortable. I am pretty impressed with the staff as a whole. When you walk in they are pleasant, and they interact with and care about the residents. That's the most important thing. The community is nice, clean, and kept-up and they do am good job caring for the residents.

The Nurses seem to know what is going on and the whole experience has been good. The activity girl, along with her staff, are very happy, energetic and there is a lot going on, so my mother is very happy with what is going on. I know that it costs a lot less than many other places we looked at, so overall, she is content, happy and has pretty much liked it since day 1.

I think her care is exceptional and I have other places to compare it to. The management has been great and committed to the residents.

The activities are very good, they keep them active and going. He's meeting people, I haven't seen him happier.
