All American Assisted Living at Londonderry

The activities are the highlight of the community. They take them to the movies, lunch, local school plays or concerts, kids come in, play cards, happy hour, free tickets to movies, baseball games. It's amazing what they do with what they have. I showed up there at 7pm one night and she was in class with eight other women and the activities person painting a flower and drinking a glass of wine. Their activities are amazing and do a great job keeping them going. They can go to Walmart or Market Basket once a week.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations provided to my mother. She participates in exercise, and it seems to be fine. Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The apartment is always clean when I go in there to visit, and the laundry is always picked up. She says the food is wonderful and has nothing but good things to say about the dining experience. The management staff is respectful and accessible. She feels safe and comfortable, and the staff there are great. Overall, it's been what she has needed.

Anyone I have associated with has been excellent. The caregivers just go above and beyond. The staff do a really good job of keeping the residents interested in the activities, and the housekeeping is really good. They are doing what they should do. The price is quite fair compared to everyone else, and the apartment is excellent. She seems to be happy as can be.

The facility is newer, and it looks more like an apartment. Anytime there is a change or a concern that something needs to change, they call me. That is what they are supposed to do, but they do it and do it in a timely manner. They keep me advised of what is going on. The dining room is very clean and more like a restaurant than a nursing home. She is pleased with what she has to eat. They always have something going on in activities. It is always posted, so all of the residents have an idea of what is going on for an given day. Her room and clothes are clean when I go to visit. Everything is in working order. The facility itself is very nice and clean. For what I am getting for the money, I have no complaints. I have no issues.

The management doesn't just sit in the office. They come out and work with you, talk with you, and ask how things are going. They don't hide. The food is hot, it is good food, and it is nutritious. They make sure the people eat it the best they can. The two women that do the activities do an excellent job. They do things to make sure they are interesting, and they make sure they get involved. Everything is always clean, and the laundry is always done well. The nurses do a great job. It is an excellent space for my wife because they do an excellent job. She has a nice sized room, and the environment there is very good. It is clean, and it is a very nice facility.

Everybody is just top notch, and I have a lot of respect for the place. They're giving my mother care. She always has clean clothes and the room is kept clean, so housekeeping services do a good job. In general, the activities are fine and suitable for the clientele. Management is extremely responsive. The apartment is fine. She feels safe and comfortable at the community, so I love the place overall. I mention it every now and then, telling people how pleased I am with it.

Everytime I call management, they are helpful and courteous. If they aren't available, they call me back as soon as they can. When she presses her button, the caregivers come in to attend to her. My mother said the food is much better lately. The dining service is excellent, and there is a good variety on the menu. She enjoys doing the activities. Housekeeping tries their hardest. Her apartment is always clean when I visit, and the trash is empty. The building is very nice. She is well taken care of here. They are doing a very good job, and I think it is a good value for the service she is getting.

The front desk is exceptionally well run. They are always willing to help and really supportive. Tracy makes herself available. They are very kind. My dad thinks he lives in a mansion. He loves it. The dining staff does a good job. They make sure there is something interesting and fun and good to eat for the residents. The wait staff get down on their knees when they are speaking to to the elderly people that live there and they are very patient and very kind. They get to know them and they call them by their name. The activities staff work really hard to keep them going and keep them interested. They have a lot of fun things going on. They had a really cute sock hop and made skirts for them. The girl that runs the activities is wonderful... very energetic and has all kinds of ideas. The housekeeping staff does a good job cleaning and keeping the place neat and clean. The place itself is maintained very well. The two guys that I see working are constantly running and doing things and working. The nursing staff and the aides are wonderful. My father has wonderful support and care. They are very good to him, kind and understanding.

Management does a phenomenal job and anytime I have an issue I bring it up to management and they address it right away. This community is the only assisted living that was willing to accommodate his rood allergies. He has been here for a year now and they have done a very good job of maintaining it. The head chef is super friendly and makes special things for him. They always make extra batches of things for him to eat. The activities are also very good. The building itself is well taken care of. The monthly cost sounds expensive and it is expensive but compared to the competition they are by far the best value.

I always recommend this facility. The staff is very good, especially Cheryl, the activities person. The management is also great and I have a very good relationship with them. Mom and I looked at a lot of facilities out there, and value for the dollar, I think it is absolutely wonderful.
