All American Assisted Living at Londonderry

I have nothing bad to say. They have been taking such good care of my father. They get back to me in a timely manner. This place is clean. I love it, he loves it.

Casey's great. They're always there to listen to you and help out. Management has been great. It's always neat and clean there. The dining service, activities, and housekeeping have been great.

I am very impressed with my aunt’s community so far. Everyone has been friendly and very proactive reporting anything that could help her out in any number of ways. The food is great and the activities are good. She uses the van for various activities, it's in good working order. Her apartment is always spotless, and laundry is great. The care staff give me an update when I see them and proactively ask if there is anything they can do. Everybody has been friendly, it's a good price, and so it’s a great value.

I would say the value is well worth it. The management staff are good. They are attentive and answer our concerns. They take care of mom nicely. The dining is excellent. Everything is cooked very well and the selection is excellent. They have a good variety and it is like eating at a restaurant. My mother seems to be enjoying herself. There seems to be enough activities. Her place is always neat, clean and the floors are vacuumed. The grounds are beautiful. They decorate nicely and everything is neat and clean.

The care is good, my husband seems to be happy with the nurses, aides, everybody. The physical therapist, case worker, and nurse are very good. Anything we ask gets done by maintenance. The building condition is very good and housekeeping seems good. They give their people plenty to eat, food is good, and the service is nice. There's a choice of entrée and always the side menu. The managers up front are attentive and friendly. I believe they're fairly priced, he gets very good care, and so it's a very good value.

Management is pretty responsive to all of my needs and all of my mother's needs. The caregivers are on top of everything. My mother is always dressed, clean and well taken care of. The activities are entertaining and well planned. Housekeeping is meticulous about everything here and this is a brand new community.

We liked this one the best because there was music when we walked through the doors. People were laughing, everyone seemed comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. It seemed more homey than other places we visited. So far everything has been great. Everyone was very welcoming and there was a big sign welcoming him to the community on move in day. He loves that he can request anything on the menu and they will make it for him. He knows he can do something at any time of the day if he wants to. He is happy that he goes to breakfast and by the time he comes back his bed has been made. The building is very clean and the landscaping is wonderful. The girls who come to help him shower are great and everyone has been trying to accommodate him.

I've spent a lot of time there and talked to so many of the employees there, every one of them has treated me with ultra high respect. The expertise they have, the attitude that they run that place with, they follow up. The whole dining atmosphere was awesome. The rooms are very clean and the grounds are picture perfect.

Mom seems very happy with the food and she loves the servers. They do a very good job with the activities and try to mix things up so they aren't doing the same things over and over. The caregivers are very caring and they do an excellent job.

The apartment is perfect for my mother. She loves the food and the service is very nice, so I am satisfied with what we're getting and she is happy.
