All American Assisted Living at Londonderry

Management has been very good, maintenance is excellent and the caregivers are excellent and so compassionate. I really feel like we are getting a good value here.

The healthcare staff is caring, patient and encouraging of my aunt to get up and do things. I really like the Activity Coordinator because they're wonderful about offering a variety and being flexible if people want to do something different. In general, the management there is very good and they try to reach out to families. Overall, the staff is great, the community is clean and food is nutricious.

My dad talks about being busy all the time and having a lot of things to do. It is always clean in there and the caregivers are good and take care of him.

You could tell they truly cared. From the day I walked in, the community was very active and lively. I was very impressed from the morning I walked in the doors. It was a wonderful experience,the food was awesome and they kept my mom very active in activities. I thought the staff was over and above. They were very helpful and caring towards my mother.

Management was excellent at move in and have made it easy for mom and dad to feel welcomed. Mom loves the dining because she doesn't have to cook anymore and there are plenty of things on the menu to pick from. Mom loves all the activities and this is a beautiful place. Out of the other places we looked at, this was the most reasonable price.

Anytime I have any questions or concerns, I can speak directly to the director. She is forthcoming and quick to respond to any concerns I have. The community itself is kept clean. The food is very good, I have had Holiday meals there and I was pleased with it. There are always activities and they send out a newsletter saying what they are doing. This community is a great value for the services she receives and I have no safety concerns here at all.

My mother has lived there almost two years and now my mother in law does too, Most of the nurses are attentive and the care is fine. I think they do a good job providing a variety of activities. The food is excellent, good quality, and the servers are helpful. I feel it's safe, they do a good job keeping them safe. We have few complaints.

The rooms are beautiful which is why we chose this community. The activities director is an angel, she treats everyone like gold. The caregivers that I know are wonderful, they do a good job.

We looked at four of five other units in our area and this community was more economical. The staff in the dining room bend over backwards to try to find something that she is happy with. I think the activities are good and appropriate for the residents there. The place always seems to be neat and tidy.She has used the transportation a couple of times and seems happy with it.The caregivers are my hero's. I don't know how they do their job but they do and they do a masterful job. I have zero complaints.

I think everybody has been super great there. The common areas are beautiful, they are always clean. The nurses are excellent. The servers are very good about knowing the resident's needs and knowing what they can and can't eat.
