All American Assisted Living at Londonderry

The people that work there are amazing. The aides, maintenance, activities people, and Noami are all amazing. I think the value is extremely high. She is involved in everything they do in activities. The place is immaculate from mom's room to the hallways. My mother's face has been on the Facebook page a couple times. That has been great for the family to be able to log in to Facebook and see what she has been up to. It is promoting the community but also keeping up with her family and it is really cool.

The price is a whole lot more reasonable that the place she left, plus it's a better community. The staff treats everyone with respect, they keep you posted and if you have a question on something, they'll get you an answer. I had one meal there and while a lot of communities get complaints about that, I thought the food was very good. It's like half the price of her previous place, but the service is better, so it's been a fantastic experience.

I like the management team and the activities, they're very interactive with the people and I've seen quite a bit of variety, my mother-in-law has been participating which is absolutely amazing. Everything always looks very clean over there and maintenance is very good. I think the healthcare staff is very attentive, they make sure they know where everybody is at all times.

My aunt says she likes the food and housekeeping seems to do a good job. The transportation is accommodating and the driver is very nice and helpful. The nurses are all very good.

It is a nice place. Dad says the food is just fine. I see them doing activities when I am there to visit. I am satisfied with the service that he is getting from housekeeping and maintenance and the care staff.

Someone recommended it, I went there, liked it and the rest is history. For the services my mom gets, I think the value is great, she's very comfortable. My mother loves the food; she thinks it's good. She just enjoys everything that they do, she says there's so much to do and she just likes it, she does everything. The healthcare staff addressed all of her needs, she says she doesn't know how anyone wouldn't be happy there.

The place where he was before was really subpar, but at All American I am grateful for the dining and care services he is receiving. The healthcare staff is really nice and I very much like the Head Nurse because she is very responsive. I think that they're really trying with activities and they have really cool events, activities and other things for the resident. He is paying about $1000 less than the last place, so it's a great deal and he is lucky to be there.

This place is one of the best places I've seen around. The building is new, it's well kept and well managed. The activities are good and we haven't had any trouble or needed anything to be fixed.

Overall, I am quite happy. The management has been very responsive when I have had questions and stuff. Mom hasn't been much of an activities person and just seeing her there and enjoying things is fine with me. The exercise clases they have are fine. They are more than adequate. I always find her room to be clean and the maintenance staff has been helpful when we've needed them. The care staff is very responsive and there are plenty of staff on hand.

If we have any issues, there is always someone from management that we can talk to and they will listen. Everyone is wonderful in the dining room. There are a lot of activities available should the resident choose to do them. There is always a daily schedule that comes out and outtings to go on. Gerald, the bus driver, is a great guy. My father's room is always kept nice and clean and the care staff are great.
