All American Assisted Living at Raynham

The value is good for my mom. I think the management team does a good job and housekeeping is excellent on laundry and keeping her apartment clean. Everything has been fine there.

Housekeeping does an excellent job. Her room seems to be well kept, we’re satisfied with maintenance. The activities are consistently planned well, mom’s satisfied with the food, and the care givers are responsive.

It is a really nice and friendly atmosphere. Management is very welcoming and they loved my father and treated him like family. The food was excellent and they had a lot of menu choices. They had tons of activities going on every day and the care was very good.

The management was good at keeping me updated on my mother's care. They had really good communcation. You could just knock on the door and they were more than open about talking to you. The building was maintained and they always had fresh flowers and they decorated the lobby very well.

Overall we have been happy and are pleased with this community because it is very well run and clean. The staff are always out and about taking care of the residents. The food is excellent and it seems like there are always plenty of activities to do.

I think we are getting a good value here. They do a very good job at keeping her room clean. The care staff are very caring and loving, not just to my mother, but to everyone one else too. I think mom is safe, warm, fed well and comfortable.

The activities are great. It always seems there is something every day for them to partake in if they choose. I think the care givers are wonderful and we are more than happy.

My mother always raved about the food and said it was excellent. I was very satisfied with the healthcare. My mom's place was always spotless and the building was very well maintained and always spotless as well. The cost was reasonably less than other places in the area. We didn't have any experience with this type of place before and we didn't know what to expect. Everyone made the experience a lot easier for my mom and for our family and we were very happy with everything there.

They staff are very approachable. They answered any and all questions I had. They are very relatable and concerned. The meals looked great. They were appetizing, smelled great and were fresh. It was nutritious and nice. They made it where anyone could eat it and there was always options. She was watched, cared for, entertained and engaged. I thought they did a good job trying to be one on one with some people if they could. Visitors always remarked on how clean and fresh it smelled. The care mom received was phenomenal. I seriously love those people. They took the time to know my mom, to figure out what worked and didn't work.

If there has ever been an issue or something I need help with for her, management has accommodated me. They're responsive to me if I'm concerned about something, and maintenance is great. As far as I know, the food is good. I think it's good they have options so if she can't chew what they have they give her something else and she's happy.
