All American Assisted Living at Raynham

My sister was there for a three month trial before she became a resident full time. I feel like I could go out of the country and my sister would be well cared for there. When you speak to the management staff they pay attention to you and follow through. The food is varied and tasty.

I dealt with management when I moved my mother in, they were very good and professional. I think the dining is pretty good, from the times I was there I was pretty impressed. As for her care, I think they do good with them, they seem to engage them frequently so I think they do that well.

The value is fair. It is a lot of money but you have to pay for good service and you get your monies worth at this community. Management is good and personable. They answer your questions and are nice. I can talk to them about any problems I have and they take care of it. The people at the front desk are excellent. They are very nice. TThe activities are good. It keeps the residents active which is good. My brother's room looks clean, his bed is made and the bathroom is very clean. Everything seems to be working. The elevator works good and it is well lit. He likes the bus and the caregivers are very personable. You can talk to them and ask questions and they give you answers.

We checked out a couple other ones and just felt more comfortable. Management has good communication, there are plenty of activities, and I’m very satisfied with the healthcare services.

I had an uncle was there and so the family had good things to say about it, and dad just moved in. The management team themselves are super friendly and did whatever they could do. Food is great and he’s quite happy with the activities. My aunt and uncle came to visit and took him out yesterday, he was all-about getting back for exercise class. Housekeeping and laundry appear to be fine and the maintenance man, he seems responsive. He’s not been there that long but the care seems to be good. The community is super neat and clean, and the staff is really friendly. It does appear the staff is well-motivated and well-hired, they enjoy their job caring for and serving people. We’re very satisfied.

Place is great, they do a really good job there. The menu variety is there, it's always appropriate choices in the dining room. Mom is diabetic, they're all aware of that, and they accommodate it. Housekeeping and laundry are great, and Joe in maintenance is also great.

I have been very pleased with All American Assisted Living at Raynham and I like the fact that everything is combined, rather than a la carte. If she needs help, the staff will follow through, so I know she is in good hands at the community. She uses transportation services for appointments frequently and the community has been really good about that, plus the driver is super prompt. Housekeeping goes above and beyond with her bedding and the activities are both, excellent and organized. The dining service is absolutely accommodating. She was in another community prior, but this place is just beyond expectations and she is going on 4 years here.

We are very pleased overall. The management does a very good job. My mother's room is always clean and neat. The maintenance staff is helpful. My father wanted a bird feeder hung and the guy was right there to assist him. They decorate all the time and the building looks very nice. The care givers make you feel like family there. A couple of girls love them and they care so much. Kristen is very, very good. My mother loves her. All the girls are very good.

I am very pleased with the community and I am glad we chose it. A Place For Mom sent me in their direction. Dad's been there a couple of years and it's clean, lots of activity, and the staff knows me and my dad well. The care givers help him shave and take of personal needs which is good. They stop and tell me what's going on with him, they're well aware of what's going on and it's a safe place for him. Maintenance has helped put up pictures and arrange some small furniture items. It's very clean in the halls and common areas, and housekeeping is run very efficiently. They seem to be in there a couple times a week. My father's bed is made and everything is picked up. It's very clean. They do his laundry once a week, it comes back clean and folded, and they help him put it away. They seem to have activities every half hour or hour, and it's a good variety. I've had a couple of meals there and I'd say the food is very good. The managers have been very attentive to my dad. It’s a very good value for what he gets.

I am overall impressed with the staff and what is provided. I couldn't ask for anything more. So far it has been a good environment for her. I had been caring for her for 10 years and this was far better than I could do. My mother has been pleased with the food. She says it is good and they give you good portions. Very rarely have I come in and her place not be clean. The maintenence staff have been very helpful and understanding. One of the things my mother has always liked was her birds. I have worked with them and gotten her a bird feeder outside of her room there. Any staff that I have had contact with have been very cheery and helpful.
