All American Assisted Living at Wareham

Management does a very good job of keeping me informed of what is going on. The food is fantastic, there is enough variety, and the dining staff goes out of their way to make sure that my mom gets things that she likes. The staff does a really good job with the activities. Husekeeping does a pretty good job, and it seems like maintenance is always keeping up with the building. The staff here has been working with my mom to help prevent falls, and she is still very mobile at 91, so I think it is helping. The care staff is fantastic and do a good job. I think it is well worth what I am paying and I feel she is safe, comfortable, and content here. That is all I can ask for.

I think everything is fine here. I am very happy, and so is my mom. She is lucky to be here. Management is very kind and knowledgeable. They are always there for me anytime I need help and always acknowledge me, even when I am walking out the door. The dining servers are amazing people, and they put up with a lot. I went there for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the food was good and healthy and the service was wonderful. The activities are really good, and they have fun things for that age group. The building is nice, and it is a beautiful home. Everyting is clean and good here. Everyone is very caring, and the caregivers are very knowledgeable about everything. They are attached to the residents and pay attention to them. The care here is very good for my mom.

I chose the community because when I called to get a tour, I loved the receptionist's personality. The care has been exceptional, and they call me whenever she needs something or when a doctor is coming to visit. Laundry is done daily, her place is very clean, and it's a brand new building. They have more activities than any other place that I had looked at and every time I visit, there is always something going on. My mom seems to enjoy the dining and management is so welcoming. They explained everything thoroughly in terms of what was included and what they could do for her. Overall, the price is great, I love the apartment and she feels both safe and comfortable, so I am very happy. It's a great place.

The management is very visible and they interact with the residents and the families and visitors. They are really engaged. They are not just sitting in their office doing work. They really spend a lot of time with residents and families. If you need something the maintenance is very attentive and they meet your needs quickly. My aunt is involved with physical therapy with Fox Rehab. They are great. I have seen some very positive improvement. The aides are very kind and attentive. They will help her get up and dressed. The nursing staff seems to be on top of what is going on with the client.

The management staff has been wonderful. They've answered all of our questions. They've been more than happy to meet with us and show us around. They've been helpful. I think they give a lot of services for teh price. I see new activities everyday, which I think is great. My mother can get interaction with other people. The place looks good every time I come in here, and everything looks clean. The care staff have been in contact with me and have been on top of things.

Their value is very good compared to other properties in this area. The apartment was very well laid out. It was one of the best I've seen. The food and dining room is terrific. They are very good with that. They do daily housekeeping, and that place is so clean. They do very good. I think they were really good with my mother. They even gave her some one on one because they knew it was getting to the point where she needed more. The place is very clean and very well run. They do nice activities. They are probably the best place in the area.

Management is always available when I need them. The nurses are really hands on and involved. They are very attentive. I think the dining and activities are great. The building is immaculately kept. Transportation is always on time, so I have no issues with that. Everything has been great. He is really happy, and so am I. The community is immaculate and well run.

Management was incredibly helpful in getting my dad all settled. They were very accommodating with me and worked with my timeline. The care is excellent. The caregivers really do a great job of keeping me in the loop, which helps me not worry as much. When we took the tour, they served us lunch, and it was fabulous. My dad likes that it is a restaurant style with a menu, tableclothes, and people who take your order. The activities are awesome and I like that they send me the activities calendar every month. I am able to pick out the things he would like to do and encourage him to participate. They have activities going on all the time. The building is beautiful, the landscaping is gorgeous, his accommodations are absolutely delux, and everything is up and working here. They brought him to his eye appointment and back, and there were no issues at all. I am really astounded by what he gets for what he pays. It is less than what he was paying at the nursing home he was at, and there is far more to do here. It is a great relief to me to know that my dad is being taken care of so well.

The management shows attention to detail. They actually care. The dining service is excellent. I haven't had any complaints with the healthcare services. So far, things have been going well. I haven't had any issues with maintenance. The dining services is excellent, and the food looked good. The manager really set us at ease, and the community is just gorgeous. I just want to thank everyone at the community.

Overall, I have been very pleased. I like all the people. It is mostly women there and that works well for my mother. The food that I've tasted has been good. The care staff are very pleasant, responsive and communicate well. I really have been happy. When I brought my mom here, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with virtually everything. From day one, everybody has been very good. I want to keep her there as long as I'm capable. Everything has been very positive.
