All American Assisted Living at Wareham

When my sister and brother went there, they were incredibly impressed with the facility. The healthcare is excellent. My dad likes the staff there, and I think his needs are being met. The board is crammed with activities. From what I've seen, the activities are great. My dad says he loves the food. It looked well presents, and the breakfast is exactly what my dad loves. The management team has been wonderful. I've dealth with Meredith quite a bit, and she is so patient, so kind, and so understanding. Everyone i have encountered in the hal;ways have always greeted me with a smile. Every single time I've been by, the front desk person is exceptional. Compared to other places, it's an extremely excellent value for what he's getting. The residents there seem extremely happy. Everybody seems satisfied.

This is such a great place, it is so welcoming and friendly. My mother loves all the staff there, it's the best. I'm so fortunate to have found it at a time when my mother needed Assisted Living. Management is very responsive, they know all of the residents by name and they know the relatives. I think they do a nice job planning the meals, there is always variety and the service is very good. The staff is always coming up with activities to include the residents that can't participate in other activities. I think they're excellent.

It’s a neat community, great setting, beautiful back yard, very nice form my father. The top management is fabulous, very accommodating and attentive. Everyone is very professional. My father enjoys the food and they do a fine job with activities there. On trips or to the doctor the transportation service is great. His apartment seems very clean, they keep up with stuff. Maintenance keeps the community very clean and presentable. The care is great. The care givers are on top of it, they nice, they call me if there is an issue.

They are attentive to the individual and know everyone in there. They have a good variety of things to do. The building is in good shape. Everything is always clean and working the way it is supposed to be.

Everyone was nice when we initially visited and very helpful during the move-in. The apartment looks nice and everything seems clean, so my mother feels safe and comfortable at the community. I've had lunch there a couple of times and the dining is really good. Management was patient, even if we asked the same question 20 times, so it's been simply wonderful.

The management has been very helpful and very informative. My Mom enjoys the meals and the servers have been very good. They knew her name right away. Ovearll, everything has been great and it is like a five star hotel.

They were very compassionate and she got excellent care. It is a lot cheaper than a lot of places and a lot better than almost all of them. We followed all the activities and they were very impressive.

There's a great many of activities, they do some nice things. The managers have all been helpful and great. I haven’t seen anything negative at this point, I think it's a good value.

This is more upscale compared to other places in the area.The management has been great, the dining service is fine and the caregivers have been proactive so far. It is very safe. The laundry is good, everything we have requested by maintenance has gone very well and it is a very clean place.

The housekeeping does a reasonable job and I think the laundry is managed pretty well. In general terms the care givers do a pretty good job. My dad gets along well with the staff.
