All American Assisted Living at Wareham

Management was excellent in helping get her settled and they follow up with me when I go to visit to make sure everything is okay. The food is fantastic here and the servers are very good. There seems to be a good amount of activities and housekeeping keeps her room clean and neat. The caregivers are nice, friendly and genuinly care for the residents. This place is definitely trying to give the residents good quality of life.

Mom’s apartment has worked out well, housekeeping is good. Her place is kept clean and laundry has been good so far. I think the community is well maintained, always clean, vacuumed, and the front desk always looks nice. I think my mom's nursing care has been good, they are very respectful and knowledgeable. My mom is safe, she is comfortable, and the price is very fair.

The management team is amazing. There are things for my dad to do if he wanted to in activities. They have something provided for them everyday. I think it the food is better than average. He seems to like it. The wait staff is amazing.

I didn't think this was going to be an easy transition for my aunt but she hasn't had any issues. The management staff are very visible. They are there a lot. They are friendly and cordial with resident and family members. They remember everyone's name and it is just a warm and friendly atmosphere.

I think the management is superior. They show nothing but compassion. My sister in law is eating well balanced meals and there are good choices. They have activities going on all the time and they give good alternatives for all people. They keep her place very, very neat. No issues with laundry whatsoever. The care givers have really responded wonderfully. It is a very good organization and we are very pleased with it.

Mom says everybody has been really nice to her. She has a button and pushes it and someone will come in and see what she wants. We chose the community because it had in house theapy and that is what she needed. The managment staff seems to do a good job and she seems to like everyone there. She is very happy with the food and the portions she is given. She has gone on a few of the bus trips they have offered and enjoyed several of the afternoon activities. The place is very clean and everything is maintained.

We found it seemed to be the best fit for us and my mom seems to be thriving. Management has been really cooperative and acceptable. Housekeeping is excellent and the pharmacy they use seems to be right on top of things.

As I walk through the facility the food smells good. When I look in the dining hall the residents are at the very least pleased with the food. She is happy there and whatever that cost is I don’t care. When we visit her, she is fine and that means a lot to us.

The activities staff try to get him involved in things, they do things during the day here and there. Housekeeping is the best and in Memory Care, the staff is fabulous. Everyone is very nice, some girls are really on top of things there.

Everything has been great at this community. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and this community is worth every penny. Management has been nothing but helpful from day one. Whenever I need something they are there and they get back to me. The servers are unbelievable and the staff has gotten my father in law out of his shell. Everything has been sparkling when I have been there. In the beginning when we needed to put things in his room and assemble it maintenance was on point and great. I think it is top notch; the building is beautiful and kept clean. He loves the transportation and isn't afraid to ask for a ride. They pick him up and drop him off for his doctor's appointments. The caregivers are wonderful.
