All American Assisted Living at Wareham

Knowing that my mom is being taken care of, there are people there 24/7 and for sure she's getting the correct meds, getting fed and that people are looking in on her, it's really worth it. I don't have to spend all of my time worrying about my mom. Housekeeping has consistent people; they know the patients and I think they work really hard to keep everything clean. I feel the dining is professional, it's varied and it's very much made like a restaurant and not like a cafeteria. I've eaten there myself a few times and because of the consistency of the staff, they'll get to know what certain people like.

Management seems to be on top of everything. The caregivers are very nice to my mother. They're always stopping by even when I'm there to give her a hug, they're just very loving. My mom takes the bus every other Monday to Walmart and she looks forward to that. Housekeeping is very good with my mom as well. Every once in a while my mom will want to do her own laundry so the housekeeping ladies will help her strip her bed and she'll go down to the laundry room with them. My mom seems to like the food and the servers in the dining room are very good.

I chose this community for my mom because I live ten minutes from this community, I wanted something close and I wanted something reasonably affordable. I think it is a good value and I like how they keep the price down by having a suitemate. They still have some privacy in their bedroom but they also have company. Everybody at this community is so attentive and they all help each other. Management made the transition easy and I couldn't speak any higher of them. I think the quality of the food and the choices are good. They have an anytime menu in case you don't like what is one the menu for the day. The service is very good and they take care of the residents. I love the level of activities. There is something for everybody and there is no pressure if you don't want to join in on an activity. I have told them what she likes so that if she isn't aware of what is going on at the time they will come and get her. This place is beautiful and immaculate. The maintenance director has done an outstanding job. Michelle, a caregiver, is very good and works her butt off.

Everything is kept up beautifully and I haven't had any problems with management lately. I think everything is good in the room.

Management's communication skills are wonderful, they were always making sure everything was taken care of to the highest standard and were always right there to answer any questions I had. The wait staff and cooks and everybody always wanted everyone to be very satisfied and happy with all their meals. People were constantly checking in on my mom and seeing if she needed anything and the building was absolutely beautiful all the time, the head maintenance man was always there doing something. There was always somebody there making sure she was OK, I thought it was such an exceptional community in all aspects, there's nothing I could add for improvement.

I chose All American Assisted Living at Wareham for my wife because of price and so far, I think the value has been good. I am no longer there and am in Florida, but the management is taking care of my wife and the healthcare staff is doing fine. It's a brand new community, so everything looks very good and her housekeeping services have also been fine, with her laundry being satisfactory. As far as activities, they consistently provide entertaining and well planned things for the residents. Overall, it's been a good experience so far, she feels safe and comfortable at the community.

My mom picked this place and I looked into it for her and found that the price is a lot cheaper. The building is good, perfect and the care is also good, no problems. My mom enjoys the activities and she talks about it every night saying that she goes out and enjoys what she does. Management seems to be taking care of everything and I haven't seen them do anything wrong.

I chose All American Assisted Living at Wareham for my mother because of the fact that they have a lot of activities going on and the staff is very upbeat positive. Management has been really good at keeping me informed with things that I need to do and just making the process go really smoothly. The food there is excellent and I have eaten there a couple of times myself, so the menu variety has been satisfactory. My mother is enjoying the activities offered and they do an excellent job of keeping the building up, there are no odors that I can tell. In terms of her care, I am very satisfied with the healthcare staff because they're respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive, so it's been a good experience thus far.

We chose All American Assisted Living at Wareham because the location was good for us and it's a new community. I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my father receives, he feels safe and comfortable at the community. The management staff is very involved, very aware, and they're all pleasant, I have had interactions with the Nurse who is really helpful too. There is plenty of activities and they offer a scenic tour, it's just up to him to get involved. Housekeeping services do a complimentary per week and the community itself looks good, so the maintenance department is satisfactory as well. Regarding his care, he is just having his pills given to him and that seems to be fine so overall I am satisfied with the community, everything is pretty good.

They do a great job with the activities and Dad likes them here. This place is great for that. They do crafts and exercising and they all participate instead of sitting around watching. The maintenance staff are always very cordial and ask if we need help with anything.
