All American Assisted Living at Warwick

Joanne was excellent. My father was very happy with the dining. They made anything my father wanted and the servers were quite hospitable. The staff were really good with their activities. Every time I visited when I was walking through the hallways on the way to my father's or mother's room they were always doing something. The staff was always active with them whether it be music, arts and crafts or the exercises. They did games and they even did the ladies nails. They were very sweet and attentive. It was always clean there and if it wasn't they got on it right away. Everything was done to my expectations when it comes to that. The girls work hard and they manage to get it all done. The maintenance man, Mike was great. Anytime my father needed something done and he would ask him Mike would be right on it. He was very personable. The care givers are fantastic. They go above and beyond. All of them were very personable and they made sure everything was done correctly especially Maria. They acted as if the residents were their own parents. They always triple checked meds and if something didn't look right they were right on top of it. If something happened with the pharmacy where something didn't come in right they would let me know. They were attentive to that and very on top of things.

My parents get a lot at the community and they're treated well. I haven't met a bad person here yet. Management seems to be right on the ball and doing their job. Any time something needs done, the maintenance man is in here taking care of it, and the building is really nice with the outside grounds always looking beautiful. The housekeeping services keep the apartment spaces always clean, they always grab garbage, and they mop up the floors too. The community offers bowling and cornhole or even have actual people singing, so they're always doing something with the people. The food, selection, and dining service is very good. All in all, they feel safe, the accommodations are comfortable, and both the girls and guys working here are unbelievable. It's like a country club.

In comparison to other places, it is a good value. It is clean. I like all the windows and large hallways. For assisted living, right now, I think he is getting a good value. I like how they have the apartments set up like suites. There is a little sitting room and then two bedrooms. All the rooms are nice and clean. Everything seems to be in pretty good order. The nurses seem to be pretty on the ball. They rbing everyone their medication. I like the management team a lot. Joey and Bob are very helpful if I ask them a question.

The facility itself is great. It is maintained, and it is always fresh and clean and comfortable. The management has been accommodating and supportive with my mom's transition. My mom seems to be content with the amount of activities that are going on. She seems pretty happy with the housekeeping services.

The activities staff are very active towards the residents here. They have quite a few activities. They have a very good maintenance man here, and he is very responsive. I am very well satisfied with the accommodations. The food is good.

The accommodations are good, and my mother is happy. Every time I go in, the healthcare staff know who I am, and they know who she is. She always has clean clothes that are either folded or hung up, and her room is always clean, along with the hallways and dining room. It seems like they're doing all they can with activities. They have a lot of events throughout the weeks and the month. The pace of dining service is good. Everyone seems to be very warm and caring about my mom. Management is very professional, accessible, and responsive. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable. I have already recommended the place to two people who have joined.

Everything is included, and you can't ask for much more than that, but the care my mother is receiving has just made the money obsolete. The healthcare staff sit to talk with my mom, and everyone knows her by name. The maintenance man was there for us when we needed it, and the building maintenance is satisfactory. I have literally seen people dusting the funky legs of chairs, making sure everything was neat and proper. They have re-occuring activities, like yoga, but they also have new, interesting and fun activities for the residents. My mother leaves to go on trips and being able to get out once in a while is just fantastic. The dining presentation is very nice, and they have a wide variety of food available. Management is very warm. They make me feel like they would take care of my mom, and the director makes time for her. Overall, I only have fantastic things to say about the community because it's been a great experience. The staff at the community have changed our lives.

I think most of the management team is amazing. I think the activities and the director are amazing. She was somebody who was very anti social, and I don't know how they have done it, but they have totally drawn her out of her room, and she is participating. We are so appreciative of that. They come and get her and they remind her. The housekeeping staff is extremely patient, and they have been very helpful. The building is brand new, so it is beautiful. The care and nursing are amazing, especially their night shift. I think it is quite good. For the facility and the quality of service, it is a good value. The accommodations are lovely.

The dining service is great. When I visit, there is always an activity going on. The activities are really good. The caregivers are very caring. I would definitely recommend it.

I think the food is fantastic. In regards to activities, Amber is fantastic. Every time I go there my mom is happy. It is a brand new building, so it looks great. It is clean. The food is fantastic, and there are always things to do. Amber is fantastic.
