All American Assisted Living at Warwick

We moved my mother in because my father is next door in Memory Care. It was simpler for us to visit them at the same time. A year ago when my father just moved in it was very chaotic due to changes in management and a lack of communication. It has come 180, it is much better. I'm seeing the same people working on both sides. I love the staff and the Director of Wellness, Beth, she is excellent. With who they have in place now it is excellent. The Activities Directors are wonderful. She loves the staff and the activities she can do and the shopping trips. In terms of care, I think it is excellent. They seem to be much happier now than when I first was there. It is much more managed and there is a routine; I love it.

We are very pleased with All American. My mom is very happy with all the staff that works there. The facility is new, clean and nicely kept up. We have no complaints at all. I looked around at a lot of places and I like the all-inclusive rate they have. The nurse keeps in touch with me. I always get a call right back if I have a concern. I have been very satisfied with the care she is receiving. The nurses and CNAs are good about checking on her if she doesn't go down for dinner. Everyone has been super, super sweet and caring towards her. It seems like there is a lot of activities offered and we have been pleased.

The front desk is fantastic. They are always friendly. My aunt doesn't have a phone in her room and they have given her messages. They just go out of their way to make us feel good. My aunt is well fed, better than she has been at any time of her life. I have eaten several meals with her and it has always been fantastic. The staff is wonderful. They have tons of activities and everybody is busy all the time. They also bring in tons of entertainment. I visit her daily and I see a lot of entertainment. It is just a lot of fun. The nurses I see regularly and the techs go out of their way to take care of her. She is healthier now than she has been in the past ten years that she was on her own.

In terms of value, I'd say All American Assisted Living at Warwick is worth it because my mother is well taken care of and I couldn't do it, so it's worth the money to me. Management is always helpful and always pleasant, so I have no issues with them. She loves the activities, the person doing the activities is cool and they always seem to have the residents doing something since she is always busy. The housekeeping is good, the room is always clean and as far the community, everything seems to be taken care of maintenance wise. With regards to her care, the healthcare staff does a good job and when we had to switch pharmacies over, they took care of all of that. Overall, she really does like it there and is happy, so I am happy because that was the whole point of putting her at the community.

My father gets a lot of care and attention here. The dining staff cut off the crusts of his grilled cheese sandwich today. They do everything they can for him. They are supplying him with good meals. There are plenty of activities to participate in. The housekeeping staff is taking care of his room. He has incontinence issues and they have no problem whisking the sheets off and getting him all cleaned up. I have no problem with them at all. The building is clean and freshly painted.

All American is 1/10th of a mile away from her doctor and 1/2 a mile away from our daughter's business. It's brand-new, very clean, and Eric, in management seems to be very effective and good. My wife was there for a one-month respite and she was safe and comfortable. Management made sure everything was done very well and efficiently, and the caregivers are also very efficient. There were activities. I saw them listed in different places and they seemed really good, and it also looked like housekeeping and laundry was also good. Everything was great.

We are very pleased and we think it's nice to see residents of all different abilities being serviced at this community. We've compared the prices of other facilities and found All American to be the best price with everything being included. Any time I've had any concerns, management has listened to what I've had to say, they are an excellent management team. The dining staff is excellent and the person who is in charge of the activities tries very hard to meet the needs of all of the residents. There certainly is a good variety of activities offered as well. The CNAs are excellent and the MedTechs are excellent.

My wife has moved into this community and so far everything has been good. The management is very good, the transportation was good, the building looks very good, I thought the menu in the dining room is very good and the servers are pretty good. My wife seems to like the activities, there is a good variety. Everything seems to be good.

The manager has been very cordial. When my aunt stayed she really extended herself to us. My aunt came from California to stay and she was very nice. She is definitely a presence in the building. The girls and young men in the dining area are excellent. They work very hard. The maintenance person has hung up a lot of things. He works hard. The building is always clean and is never dirty. It never smells bad. It is always nice in presentation. The only thing I would say is keep up the good work because they are doing a hard job. The therapy people that are there for PT, OT and speech are great. I can't say enough things about the therapy.

All American is a very good value for my dad. For the money they offer a lot of amenities and I think it's very nice. My father seems to be satisfied with the meals and service in the dining room, which is always very clean and cheerful. There's a very nice coffee shop there too. My father's room is always very clean. They do an excellent job on the laundry. Nothing is lost. They do a nice job, no complaints at all, very happy with the housekeeping. The management team is excellent, they're nice. I can’t say enough about how kind everyone is. They treat my father nice, they treat everybody nice. It's like a nice, clean hotel. They go places and do activities in the community, there's always something going on all the time which is very good for the people. The people there are so nice, they're really attentive. I like the idea of the movies with popcorn every night, and the wine and beer tastings, it's so nice. I spoke to the gentleman from maintenance and he was very nice, very helpful. My father had his refrigerator not working and they put a new one in right away, an hour later. The building is spotless, it's very good. It's a very nice place for my father to live and we're very satisfied that he's well taken care of. The staff is wonderful, I mean, I couldn’t say anything better about them. They're very attentive, very caring, and the community is spotlessly clean. It's just a really nice place for anyone to live in.
