All American Assisted Living at Washington Township

Every time I call them or need anything, they are super attentive to everything. I went over there for the first time I couldn’t have asked for nicer people to take care of my mom. The atmosphere iss wonderful.

I would say the value is very good. I feel it is comparable to other places. I think the management is very knowledgeable and willing to help. It is very obvious they are there. They do have a lot of activities there from what I've seen. Everything seems to be very good with the housekeeping and laundry. They seem to be attentive to his needs. He seems to be well cared for.

The management is just awesome. I can't say enough about the people that work there. They are really amazing and caring people. The dining staff is excellent. The chef, Vernon, is in charge and is excellent. They try to cater to the residents. I can't say enough good things about Anna, the activities director. That place would be lost without her. She is amazing and she brings so much energy to the place. Everything is good. I am very pleased and my mom is very happy there. She is doing well. Compared to other places, the value is great.

The care is excellent. They're all trying to help me. They're more than willing to help. The maintenance team is right on the ball. The housekeeping is good. They have very good entertainment. They do a lot to keep the residents entertained and keep them thinking. They do a lot of word gams and crossword puzzles, and it's really nice to see. There's always awesome food, and it's like going to a restaurant. On the whole, management has been excellent. They're all awesome. They're very helpful, and it's been a wonderful experience. The accommodations are very nice.

You are doing something right. I love that they have the life alert on her 24/7 and she has the keys, and if she got confused there are people there to help. They are accessible, you can find people there, you aren’t hunting around for someone that works there. They seem to be a great staff. She loves the food, and can’t say enough about it. I love that they have that set menu every day and then a daily menu. They have activities that I am really impressed with. They invited families to Bingo tonight so I am going with my cousin. I love that they do that, it is awesome.

Ever since I arrived at the front door, they were very nice to me. When my aunt arrived, they were overwhelming her with love, so it was a great experience. The place is immaculate. My aunt likes the food. The menu did look like a good variety, and whatever is cooking smells good. I have the maintenance man's cell phone number. I text him, and he comes right over and fixes whatever needs to be fixed. They have plenty of staff, and they are accessible and responsive. I would recommend them to everyone that asked me. The building is in beautiful condition. The activities director always has something going on for those who choose to participate. You can't ask for anything more. The management is always responsive and respectful to us. I would say the value is great.

The management was very thorough upon move in. When things came up they addressed them immediately. The activities they do look fantastic. Every time I visit the room looks great and the building is beautiful.

Pricing is very good for what we're getting and I rave about all of the staff. Everyone from aides to the front desk asks how my mother is doing and she has actually been thriving because they're getting her out of her shell from their friendliness. The apartment is fine and the building is fantastic, so everything is perfect. Activities are entertaining, well planned and consistently offered. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community, so I have already recommended it to some people.

The managers up front get back to you, are always friendly, and honor requests. My mom seems to like the dining and the food is good. She's always saying she did this or that activity today. Every time I go there her apartment looks good, smells good, and is clean. There are no issues with housekeeping, and they absolutely help with laundry. The care givers are always around and are very attentive.

The apartment is the perfect size. He is safe and very comfortable. Housekeeping is great and maintenance makes sure the building looks beautiful, everything on the grounds looks good. Everything seems good, the care givers are good with him. The activities look good and he likes everything in the dining room, the menus look great. Looking at all the places, the others didn’t provide as many services, but cost more money. We're very happy.
