All American Assisted Living at Washington Township

I can't begin to tell you about the support, the encouragement and the care. They have just been unbelievable at every level. According to my dad he thinks the food is great. From what I can tell there are always enough activities for him to do. I am very, very satisfied with the care.

She has never been as active as she was there. The activities director and assistant are wonderful at making sure everybody is involved. They get to know them all personally. It is a nice beautiful facility and it smells good. Everything is kept clean. The people are lovely there, very competent and receptive.

They are good about communicating with me. Everything in the community looks great. It is a brand new building and it has been a good experience so far. The care in Rose Lane has been awesome. Mom seems happy and that is all that matters.

We have been nothing but pleased with the experience we have had so far. The facility is nice. It is tidy and clean and well maintained. Megan took time to answer my questions and Julianne is great. The dining is excellent. There are always options.; whatever their menu is plus every day options. There is always variety and it tastes good. Every time I have been in the apartment it is clean and the floor always looks vacuumed. We are extremely happy with the care she is getting and the decision we made. There is nothing to worry about with her being there.

It's a new, clean community. Every time I come laundry is done and the apartment is cleaned and vacuumed. The management is awesome and friendly and it's a good value here.

We came here because the price was reasonable and they said there were no additional levels once he came in. We liked that because all other Assisted Living's have levels of care where the price increases. I have had the food here and I thought it was excellent. The service in the dining room is excellent as well. It looks like the activities are all pretty good. I see things going on and see other people enjoying them.

They treat the residents like family. They truly want to do the best that they can. They are constantly extending themselves further than the realm of their job and they truly care for the residents. From what I see it is like going out to a restaurant. I have to give kudos to Vernon in the kitchen. I think the activities are incredible. In regards to maintenance the building is exceptional. The nursing staff is wonderful and exceptional!

From Rita the manager to the cooks, they are all amazing. My mom loves the dining. She feels that everything is good quality. I have nothing but positive things to say about All American. There is not one thing that has been negative, everything has been above what I could hope for for my mom.

The staff are beyond amazing; it's like home. We are like family now and they consider us family too, not just my dad. Kevin is phenomenal. When people come into see the place my dad tells them, "I was not happy to be here, I wanted to be with my family but now that I am here, I could not be in a better place."

I cannot say enough good things about the place because the people and value are amazing. The healthcare staff is just an awesome group of caring people and can't do enough for you. They're accessible to her needs, she absolutely loves them. She is involved in activities from 10 o'clock till 8 o'clock. The food is incredible and even I pay for dinners there so that I could eat with her. It's not institutionalized but rather has a gourmet level to it.
