All American Assisted Living at Wrentham

I haven't met anyone that isn't respectful and responsive. You can see how well they interact with the folks that work there, as well as the residents. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. There is a lovely bunch of ladies that work the front desk. I have eaten there a few times and was pleasantly surprised. It is a limited menu, but the food is good and usually fresh. My mom is kind of a picky eater and hasn't really complained. Every time I come there, her room is clean and the laundry is done. That has never been an issue. It is a beautiful facility. It is brand new and just opened a year ago. The care staff is terrific and friendly. They are all very sweet.

In terms of the accommodations, it's a great place. It's pretty much a new building and the staff are nice. If my mother needs something, someone is right there to take care of it. There has been no issues with the laundry or anything and the apartment is clean. They do a good job with the activities and I get emails that they take them out on the bus. Management do a satisfactory job and they're very knowledgeable. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community. They're very nice to her and they give her hugs all the time, so it's been a really nice place to be.

At my mother's last place, she wasn't getting as good of care, and I was paying more. Here, she is always kept clean, dry, and the healthcare aides help each other with everyone being very sweet to her. The accommodations are good, and it's very cheery with light without dark hallways. The room is fine, and the clothes are clean. They have an app for activitie,s and they'll send me what she attends. They are trying to engage her once or twice a day, which I am happy with. The dining service is satisfactory, and they go out of their way to find something she'd like. The front desk is really nice, and when I have to approach them, I never have a problem. Overall, I am really happy with the care she is getting, and I think it's worth it.

I think it is a fantastic place. The management is very respectful, very responsive and very accessible. Eric the manager is a super guy. My wife takes advantage of the movies and the readings, and she teaches a little tai chi. The building looks very good. My wife says that the care givers are all nice to her, and they help her. We all had a very good feeling about the place. I think they have it hands down over a lot of people. The dining staff has accommodated her. All American is worth every dollar that you pay for it. She does feel safe and comfortable, and to me, that is the most important thing.

The care staff is very good. If there's a problem, they call me and ask if they should get her to the doctor. The maintenance team hung up her pictures for her. They were very accommodating when we moved her in. I couldn't ask for more. The housekeepers are very attentive. It always smells great. It's always clean. My mom participates in the activities. She does a lot of socialization. She gets a calendar everyday. She things the food is the best thing. She loves the food. She's very happy there. The management team has gone above and beyond for being there for her. They're very attentive. I don't have to sit down and worry about her. For the care and everything she gets, it's worth the money.

Management has been good, and I am veyr happy with the nursing. They do a nice job. They keep in touch with me and are always available if I have a question. They know us and our routines. The food is good, my father is happy with the menu selections and housekeeping does a great job. He is getting some exercise and we are satisfied with that right now. We have been very happy and this community is working out well. The value is great.

The price here was the lowest of any of the places that I inquired about, and while it is pricy, you get what you pay for. I was very satisfied with management and got answers to all my questions. I received everything that I asked for. My husband liked the food and when you called maintenance to have something fixed, they got right on top of it. The staff were very good about coming in to exercise the memory care residents. They took them to the gym. The therapists were very conscious about everything. I absolutely loved the nurses. They were on time to give my husband his meds, and they loved me and my husband. They were really good. I was 100% satisfied. They went above and beyond during his last two weeks and couldn’t do enough for my family, for me or for my husband. I told them to save a bed for me for when I need this type of care.

I chose the community for my mother because I liked the way it was setup and it was brand new. The healthcare staff go in daily to setup everything for her and she is happy with the care. We asked to have pictures hung as well as get the TV antenna installed and both were taken care of. They do a good job with the apartment cleaning and I am thrilled with the laundry services. The food is very good and the wait staff is great. The management has been really helpful in answering every question we had and they seem to communicate well about my mothers needs. All in all, based upon what is in the area and what they charge, it's a better value than others around here and I am pretty happy with it.

We chose the community because of its location,. It's brand new and also management did a fantastic job of presenting what they had to offer. They worked for 6 to 8 weeks with me and it was their professionalism that ultimately made the decision. The maintenance team was fantastic with the move-in and all of her care is being done. The activity people are fantastic. They get everyone involved and they make things interesting. For the senior people up there, they want to participate and get involved. The dining is well prepared and it comes out hot. It also looks appetizing and if you don't like the standard meal, they have menus, which have great alternatives. All in all, I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations. When the time comes, I will be looking at the community because I think I'd be very happy there.

My mother, myself, and family have all worked in Assisted Living homes since we were little, and I have to say that, out of all the places we have been, this is absolutely the best in all categories. They have compassion, care, and they go above & beyond in all their areas. When she requires a little extra care for parties, they put ribbons in her hair. With maintenance, everything is really nice. When I come to visit, the room is tidy. Activities are entertaining, well planned, and consistently offered. The service staff during dining looks after her like their own mother, and the food is satisfactory. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. I am actually pleased with the charges, and she is comfortable in the space she has. Overall, I am just completely happy with her there.
