All American Assisted Living at Wrentham

They take care of her, and I am very thankful she is where she is. When I've brought issues to their attention, I have gotten good responses and people have addressed my concerns. They try to do crafts and stuff with them. I don't have any objections with activities, and they try. Everything seems to work fine. When you have an issue, maintenance will address it. They keep it clean, and things seem to be fine. Most of the people I deal with really care about the patients and do a good job. They really try to help my mom when they can.

Excellent, The health director over there has been wonderful to us, the CNAs all the nursing staff, everybody is so nice. Willie is the maintenance man, and he has been very accomodating. The food is really good. It is just a wonderful community.

Care services are awesome, they are wonderful. Very nice willing to listen to anything and answer any concerns. Management were excellent. Very warm friednly, and helpful. In dining she raves about the food.

Everybody is doing their job, and everything is running smoothly, best I can tell. The food is good here. The laundry goes out and comes back the same day, and it is wonderful. The housekeeping is wonderful. I have two cats, and one of them sheds a lot. They are good about coming in and doing an extra vacuuming to make it look better. The maintenance guy is responsive and does what I ask him to do in a timely way. He is friendly and here when I need him. The people here are friendly and know who we are. They take care of whatever needs we have. I don't have any problems with that at all.

It was definitely the best priced community we looked at. The healthcare services are working out really well, and she hasn't had any complaints. I have been there when their buses came to take her to lunch one day and the casino another day, and it seems very good. The vehicles are brand new. Her TV and everything in the apartment is working great. Their maintenance guy is doing a great job and couldn't be any better. They have activities going on all day, so they keep the residents busy. I think they have really good activities. I have had a burger, chicken salad and salads there, and everything has been delicious. Everyone in management is very friendly, nice, and informative. Overall, she is settling in. I am glad she is gaining some friends, and everything has been very good so far

I love everybody here and management is very proactive in contacting me and everything is done immediately by the caregivers.

My mother adores the place. She absolutely loves it there. If she is happy I am happy. She has never complained about anything there. She enjoys the residents and enjoys the activities. The upkeep of the building is very nice and the building is beautiful. It is a wonderful place and they should keep up the good work.

Management did everything they said they were going to do, the staff treated her very well. They were pretty forthcoming about what was offered and what wasn't. We were pleased with the food and the options there.

They have a good selection of activities. I haven't seen any lagging issues with maintenance. The building looks like it is being taken care of. We see a lot of positives to everything they do.

There couldn't be better people running this community. They do what they say they are going to do and you can tell that they enjoy their work. The food is excellent, my dad's room has been nice and clean and the building is brand new and is absolutely beautiful. The staff here is phenomenal and I can't say enough good things about them. I am perfectly happy with the security here, his room is a nice set up and I think the price is right where it should be.
