All American Assisted Living at Wrentham

All in all, the experience has been good and he is happy. Dad enjoys everything about the dining department. He is really happy with the servers. They know what he likes and how to take care of him.

The management was more than willing to work with us and they were just great. My mother loves the food and the place is always clean and well kept. The care is really good. She has nothing but good comments to say about the staff and the aides. They were so understanding of her and her needs.

I can't say enough about the help there. Eric, the director, and the nurse have been outstanding. Eric has even called me a few times to see if there was any help he could give me.I couldn't be happier right now. They're very professional with two on one training, I'm very happy with that. Anyone that asks me I always tell them that this is the best place around.

The food quality is good, her room is always clean and everything was done relatively quickly by maintenance when I asked for it. The building is brand new and beautiful. The care my mother is receiving is very good and she's been participating in activities. I can't believe how they've been able to encourage her and she loves to go on the outings.

The cost is amazing, it was definitely less than what I thought it would be and I was pleasantly surprised. My father seems happy with the food and the staff keep him updated on when activities are going on. His apartment is nice and beautiful, the maintenance man is very nice and the building is beautiful. The caregivers are great and their communication is very good.

We chose to move mom in because of the location and the fact the place is brand new. From what I see she is getting more comfortable and she is very safe. Her apartment is brand new and very nice, we’re extremely satisfied with maintenance and housekeeping. Management has been caring and very attentive during the move-in process. The care givers are fantastic, responsive, know what they're doing, keep us informed. They even have a psychologist on staff to help with the transition. Everybody I've talked to is very welcoming and caring, they know what's going on when you walk in the door.

The heatlhcare staff seems very caring and observant of their patients and the activities I see there seem to be well planned and organized.

The food and dining staff is excellent and the caregivers are good. I think the price is good.

Everything seems to be going quite well. The food is good and I think they keep them busy with a lot of fun activities. They seem to be on top of things with maintenance so that is nice.

There is a nice atsmophere at the community and when my mother first moved there, she thought it was an upscale hotel, which is lovely. She seems to really enjoy the food and I know that if there something she wouldn't have, they'll accommodate her, so it's nice that they have those substitutes and that she has those options. Overall, she has settled in, it serves her purposes and she was the 7th resident there, so they have been really able to cater to her needs.
