Anchor Bay at East Providence

We love the people there, the staff, they go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. When we walked in there it felt like home. She participates in all the activities they offer. We looked at several other places and for the care she is getting the value is good. We absolutely love Achor Bay.

The community is a nice place and for the services my sister has, the cost is comparative to other places. The healthcare staff is accessible and responsive. The transportation offered is good and the vehicle is never not working or dirty. When I go there, the building appears to be well maintained and I am satisfied with the apartment. The staff do the housekeeping and it's good. She loves the food and the variety on the menu is satisfactory. My sister is happy.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my mother receives at the community. The healthcare staff take good care of her. Every time she needs a picture hung or something, the maintenance staff is right there to help her and the building condition is good. It's impressive that I see renovations occuring to keep up with the building. The activities are entertaining, well planned and she goes on the rides all the time. She is happy with the dining, she is eating well and they have good options. The management is very responsive to every issue that comes up as far as answering questions or addressing anything. We're already recommending it to others.

This is the best community I was able to find in the area. There are other places that may be less expensive but they don't offer a nurse 24/7 like they do here. The management and staff are responsive, it's clean and well maintained, and she likes the food!

I like my room very much so and I have a deck that is very pretty. The housekeeper is a gem and she even cleans my deck where my two bird feeders are. I'm satisfied with everything.

They have a big bedroom, a sitting room with a balcony and we are looking forward to spring for that, and a big walk in closet. She has started to do a fewof the activities. She likes they come to the room and announce the activity and thinks they do a fine job. Housekeeping comes in fairly regularly to clean and vacuum. The care staff have been very good. One day my mom wasn't feeling well and my Dad went down to the nurses station and they came right in.

They are doing an excellent job. The care staff does everything they can to help out their residents. I have seen them working, and they are a good group of women. The maintenance team did some work on her room, and they did a very good job. I have seen the housekeepers work, and they work very hard. They are very good people. My loved one loves the activities. They are doing very well. The variety of food is good. It's better than some restaurants I've been to. The food is very, very good. They are doing an excellent job over there. No matter what the cost may be, it is worth every penny.

The management team is very helpful and explain things if you have any questions. They are right there and are very respectful. The dining staff is respectful and helpful. The activities staff do a great job motivating the residents to participate. They are polite and get her involved into things. All of the care staff is excellent. They are professional. polite, and attentive. A lot of our family members are pleased and happy with the facility.

I wish we could have stayed. My mom was so well taken care of. The care staff was excellent. They were respectful to her. They were attentive. The maintenance team was also very, very attentive. The housekeeping services are excellent. I can't say enough about the facility. They also made sure my mother's laundry was done, her bed was made, and that the facility was clean. Every time we went into her room, it was always spotless. The activities director coordinated activities and did crafts. They had people that would come in once a week and sing with them. My mother was always making things, and they would display them around the unit. They also took them out to parks or out for ice cream. I was really impressed with the young woman who handled the activities. I thought the menu options were very good. They were very aware of her diabetes and diatary needs. I just always thought that the meals and options were very good. Everyone was polite and professional. The cost was very reasonable. There was never a question of her safety. It's absolutely a phenomenal facility.

The management is approachable and knowledgeable anytime I have had any dealings. My mother says the food is fine. I would give the dining service five stars because anytime there is a problem or we have a little incident, they are happy to bring the food right down to the room. They have been very accommodating. There are plenty of activities. I think the activities director is excellent. They do outings, they do lunch, they do walking clubs, they play games, and they play bingo. There are lots of activities. The maintenance staff is very responsive. The inside is great. They are doing tons of work on the outside. The new owners have tackled it. They are doing a fine job. The care is excellent. They are absolutely attentive and respectful. They are very understanding.
