The CNAs were top notch. They were really skilled and were really good with my mom, who was in memory care. They were very good with all the patients. They were absolutely accessible and responsive. In regards to the dining, there is absolutely a good variety. The service was great and the quality of the food was really good. The activities were excellent. They had a lot of activities all of the time. The laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance service were very good as well.

Management follows through. Whenever my father needs something, I go down there and they respond immediately. They send me texts and emails. They are very responsive and are like part of the family. The food is like gourmet style food. It is good food that is fresh, and the servers are very polite and friendly. My father enjoys a lot of the activities. They have a lot of musical entertainment. They have bingo, and he likes that they have Mass once a week. He is pretty fulfilled here and never says he wishes they had other things. He keeps himself occupied, so I have to call him ahead of time to figure out if he is available. When I visit, I am only there for about 15 minutes before someone is knocking on the door to tell him about an activity. He is enjoying himself. The housekeeping is good and the building is always neat and clean. The maintenance man is always on site and available if you need him for something. The building and grounds are beautiful. He likes his apartment. and has a beautiful view out the back. It is just like a postcard. The caregivers are very good here. I have always been able to go to the nurses station and talk to them. They always respond to me, and their response time to the call light is excellent. They are there within a minute or two. They treat him like he is one of the family I think it is a good value. He is always telling me how he is happy that he had the opportunity to go here. I have never heard him complain and say he didn't want to be here.

They love their apartment. My brother got them a little bird feeder, and they like watching that. They have wild turkeys and a little chipmunk that comes to the yard. I am so happy that there are no stovetops or ovens. Anytime I have gone to management with an issue, it has been resolved. There is just a level of kindness in the office. I love Jen, who does the activities. She often texts me pictures of them doing things. I don't think I've walked by and there wasn't something going on. They never forget wine Wednesday. They do little bus trips and even scenic drives for the ones that don't feel like getting on and off. They consider all levels. They do my parents meds everyday. Twice, my mom had to be transported, and they handled that beautifully. There had been times I've needed to speak with them, and they have responded immediately. Everything is good. From the person that greets you when you walk in the door, I love it there. I recommend them all the time. There is a top down sense from Jean to whoever is emptying the trash. They are very ethical there.

We recommend it to friends of ours. It is a caring place. She has made friends there, and they are like family. It has been a positive experience. There are a lot of services and a lot compassion offered there. People are so kind there, and that is important. They are available when I need to speak to somebody. If I have a problem, they resolve it. They have lots to offer for activities. They do try to get them all involved, which is good. The staff is so pleasant. My sister loves it. They are doing a lot of improvements on the building. I would say it is in pretty good condition. The dining and living room areas are very pleasant. The care staff has been really good if we've needed something.If I need something, I can go upstairs, and someone will answer my questions. THe dining service is excellent. They are very pleasant and helpful.

I think the price is very reasonable for what she is getting. They have been there every step of the way, helping us and making exceptions for us to move her furniture in before we moved her in. She goes to bed exhausted every night because they keep her busy all day with activities. The staff has been absolutely wonderful. Ashley has been so accommodating. She has just been awesome. The care staff have been great. She loves the dining.

The staff is wonderful and they are very helpful. I can't believe how good the people are, and the community is generally clean and presents well.

My aunt’s accommodations are wonderful there. There is an excellent executive director there. She said the food is fantastic. She said the lobster roll was second to none of any restaurant. She is very pleased with the housekeeping and maintenance. Anytime she asks, they're right there. If she does need anything from the care givers, they do a fine job.

My mother loves the food. They provide meaningful activities, and she does participate in some, which is amazing. My mother loves the animal visits, and she is in to the trivia as well. My mother's aides do her laundry, and there hasn't been any problems with missing clothes. They are doing a good job. The housekeeping is pretty good as well. The management has been good.

The staff was marvelous for her and so encouraging. I was very pleased with her stay. Everything was wonderful. It was a very good experience. The staff went above and beyond what they needed to do. Everything was always neat and clean and there was always people around if you needed anything.

The activites are wonderful.
