From the top, right down to the nurses and any people that help to sister, I am very pleased. The healthcare staff is absolutely wonderful and every girl goes out of their way to help. The transportation services are able to get her to arranagements and back because of the way they handle it all. With anything maintenance related, the man is right there. He never refuses my sister and he is always timely. The laundry has been going good and her room is kept clean. The activities are absolutely entertaining and well planned. She seems to be happy with everything during dining. In general, from the top and right down to the nurses and any people that help her, I am very pleased. She feels safe and comfortable, and I can't think of another place that I would rather see her. THey have been absolutely wonderful to her.

The accommodations are fine for my parents, and the services at the community are very good. The director of nursing is very competent, and their aides are very friendly people. The transportation service is favorable. Their maintenance manager does excellent work. There has never been any problems with the housekeeping or laundry, which actually impresses me. The activities are well planned and consistently offered. I don't hear back from them about menu variety, so it must be good. The dining service is great. All in all, they're safe and comfortable, and as far as I can tell, my parents are being provided good care at the community.

When we visited it first, it had a homey feeling to it. The care has been good. Everybody there is really nice, and she is moving into a brand new unit soon, which is going to be great. They try to keep her happy with activities, and they seem great. Every time I go, there are always things going on, and they try to engage everyone. The menu variety during dining looks good to me, and the wait service is very nice. Management was really great at sitting down with us and answering all of our questions. All in all, she feels safe and comfortable, and I think the price is fair based on other places we have priced.

The management is very good. They act very nice around us and help us if we need things. They are accessible and responsive. In regards to the activities, I do exercises and things that they do in the evenings. We play games. The housekeepers are good, and they have been good to me. They do my wash and clean up. I thing the care is good. The transportation is also good. They take us for rides. The vehicle is good, and it is new. I think the variety and dining service is good.

As far as I am concerned, I am very satisfied with the value. The healthcare staff have a job to do, and they do it very well. They're all full of love. We have always had good transportation drivers, and the bus is always available. The community makes sure appointments line up with the bus routes, and they do a terrific job. The housekeeping is very satisfactory, and I don't think they could get any better. My apartment maintenance is good, and they're doing renovations to the building, which I think is great. The activity director is caring, thoughful and always draws a crowd, and the residents enjoy what they do. The dining service has always been very good. All in all, everyone in management is doing the best they can. I am so happy to be here.

Management is very good about keeping things going and making sure we have what we need. The restaurant is wonderful here and the music they have is very good. Housekeeping does a wonderful job and the healthcare stff is very good, they're here right away. I'm just happy here, I enjoy it.

I think it's a wonderful, safe, and well-run community. I don't think one person would feel like they weren't personally attended to. My mother loves it. They have a new driver and a brand new bus. The maintenance guys are super responsive, and my mom is very happy with housekeeping. The dining service is fantastic, and they really cater to the residents. The activities department is their shing moment. They are really attentive to what they need to do for the residents, and then they go above and beyond that.

There are no odors anywhere, everything at the community is clean and my mother's bathroom was just renovated. The healthcare staff handles my mother's hearing aides and those little things make a big difference. Activities work very well for the residents and she is very happy with the food. I am very comfortable with the management if I need to speak with them. All in all, everyone from nurses to coordinator to the CNAs are accommodating to us and she is well taken care of, so I couldn't be happier.

The food I've eaten there has tasted great. Mom seems to be eating well and has a good variety of choices. The maintenance staff was very helpful with the move in. The care staff are very proactive to her needs. Everybody is very responsive and will call back if you place a call.

The management staff is all doing a great job. The activities are going pretty good and we have a lot of different things going on. If I need care the care givers are helpful.
