They are a very solid management. The food looks beautiful. I think the activities staff is sensitive to the needs of the residents. They don't over task or over stress them. They seem very understanding and kind with at least the sessions that I have been able to witness. For my mother, the activities are entertaining. She is actually physically improving because of the activities. The experience that I had with maintenance was when I was moving her in there and they were completely accessible and helpful and setting everything up the way it needed to be. Tammy in the healthcare department is absolutely phenomonal. She tells me things like my mothers coloring looked better. She notices things. She pays heavy attention on my mother. She is caring and is truly invested. She is very, very good at what she does. There has been no negatives from what I can see.

This is the next best thing to living with your children. It's just a warm and wonderful place for her and I feel good she's there. It is a bang for our buck here. They have been helpful and positive from the beginning. They got involved with her and made sure she got involved in things. She raised six kids so having someone prep her food is a joy. There's always something going on. They keep it immaculate. The outside is constantly being manicured and changing seasonal flowers and décor.

I'm happy and comfortable where I am. It's perfect and the building is excellent.

The dining area is clean and there is good service. I think my aunt is pretty happy with the food as well as the activities. The whole place seems very clean and spotless. The grounds are pretty nice. The building seems like it is easy to navigate inside. It seems like the residents can get around pretty good because it is only two floors. I think everyone mingles and gets along.

My mother is comfortable at the community and everybody is respectful. Communication is good and management's #1 concern is her well being. I don't see any maintenance issues in the building and I am satisfied with the apartment. The housekeeping has been excellent and they take care of her laundry. She likes the food and if there is something on the menu she doesn't care for, they're more than happy to make something else. Overall, she feels safe and they treat my mother with respect, so she is very happy and we're content.

There is a lot of menu variety, and the dining service is good. They try to have lots of activities. The staff are open to new suggestions. The housekeepers do a good job and are hard workers. I am satisified with that. The building is okay, the transportation is fine, and the price is okay.

They've always been helpful when I've had to consult with them for different things. They are very pleasant and always trying to do what they can to help. They are pretty flexible about giving you choices off the menu like sandwiches and salads. I think the food quality is good. They do have a lot of activities. They have a lot of very good entertainment that comes in and they have a cocktail hour on Thursday. That is very good. The maintenance staff is very prompt in reporting to the apartment if you call for something. The transportation service has been very good and helpful to me.

The management is very attentive, very friendly, and very prompt. The activities are very engaging and very age appropriate and very stimulating. My mother's room is very, very clean, and whenever my mother needs anything hung up or fixed, maintenance is right there. I feel that my mother is in the best place, and her health has even gotten better because she is in a very happy environment. My mother has recommended it to everyone she knows. She enjoys it.

The management is always there, and they are always ready to hear you. They are right there for me with anything that I want done. In regards to the dining, everything is done so nicely, and the waiters and waitresses are so kind.The maintenance staff are wonderful. They are there whenever I need them, and they are kind. Everything is so great here. The transportation staff is there for you whenever you need to go to the doctor, and they drive you. They are kind and considerate. I think everything is done so nicely here, and I would recommend any member of my family to come here when their time is ready. I have been here five years, and I have been very, very happy.

Management is very courteous and caring, and they run a very nice place. Everything looks nice, smells nice, wonderful. Wonderful, wonderful activities. I am very impressed with the activities. I had lunch there twice and I thought it was fabulous. It was wonderfully served, wonderfully presented, and was delicious. Care services are wonderful, caring, competant, attentive. There is enough staff to serve everyone properly. I am happy with her apartment and the amount of room she has, and she is happy with that.
