Angelwood Assisted Living

It is a nice facility and they do take care of her. The care staff are always very attentive, they check on her, and if we have a question we can always call. They've always got a lot of activities going on and I think it's a pretty good facility.

I think it's fine. No complaints. My mom indicates that she enjoys the food greatly. Any instance that comes up has been rectified.

The activities staff do a good job of having things scheduled to do. Maintenance is doing a good job, as well as transportation. The drivers will take them to the beauty shop and to the doctor, and they do a very good job of that. Everyone in the healthcare department has been as sweet as they can be to my aunt and my mother. I think it is a good facility and it is clean. The men and women that work there are all very nice.

Everything is great there. The food is great, and my uncle eats everything at every meal. I see a lot of activities, and I am very excited about that. The activities director tries to do a good job, and I think she is doing a great job. His room and bed are always clean. There were a couple of problems that I mentioned to the maintenance guy, but he took care of them that same day. The care seems to be going good. I am well pleased with that. I think pretty highly of this community and the staff here.

We chose the community because family doesn't live far away and the move-in went smoothly. He likes his apartment and management is both, great and very likeable. I am very happy with care because if he needs anything, the staff will get it for him.. It's one of the best places I have been in, doesn't smell and the maintenance team is good. They do a real good job with his apartment and the laundry. I have seem doing activities and it looks like they're doing a good job. He is pretty picky, but he eats every meal there and I think the service is satisfactory. All in all, he feel safe, comfortable and it's just like home or at least it seems to be.

George is awesome with his residents. We enjoy him very much. He is very comforting and loving and always makes us feel welcome. Her having the assistance that she needs there is phenomenal. To me, it is worth every penny. They have always taken good care of her and are super sweet with her. She just loves them to death. I have no complaints.

Any time I need anything, management is there. I couldn't ask for a better team of people. The healthcare staff is awesome, they're right on top of everything.

I think mom’s apartment is really nice. The staff is really responsive and they let me know when Mom needs anything.

Rick, the maintenance guy, will come do anything my mom wants him to do and he is good about helping her, he's really been taking care of her, he is always there to fix whatever. The healthcare staff is right there when she calls and the med techs are fantastic, they keep in touch with me about what's going on.

So far everything has been good, management showed us around and explained everything. We've eaten there several times and it's always been good and there are good portions, we've been real happy with it so far.
