On the whole, the caregivers have met his needs. The maintenance team has taken care of the few things that he has needed. The activities are satisfactory. I think they make a good effort.

My mom is always looked after really well by the healthcare staff and the housekeeping services are good. They have a nice variety of activities. There is a little bit for everyone. It isn't too overstimulating, but enough to keep the residents engaged. Every time I have eaten there, the food has been fabulous and my kids love it too. Any time I have questions or concerns, I feel very heard by management. Their driver from transportation services is very friendly and engaging with both residents and the families. All in all, I definitely think you get what you pay for and I have peace of mind, which is invaluable.

I've been here a year now and can’t complain. They have a pretty good variety on the menu and the service is very good. They have a lot of activities, things like bingo. They have entertainers come in and show a movie every night. I am happy with my apartment, housekeeping is always done quite well. When I need something done by maintenance, I call down to the front desk and it's done within a day. They keep the building in very good shape. I think the value's great.

This community is expensive but in comparison I think it is a fair price. They seem to have a varied menu and the food is quite good. The activities seem to be very varied and the staff get people involved without being pushy. My wife enjoys the scenic drives. The overall building seems to be good. Most of the caregivers here seem to be quite caring and everyone is always very polite.

I feel like management is doing a good job and they keep me informed. Everything here always looks clean and neat and the building always seems to be in good condition and if anything is wrong, maintenance fixes it. The caregivers are always very attentive and keep you informed.

I have had a good experience with the management team. The building is well maintained, and the dining service is good. I would recommend this community.

They keep everything in check. I rarely have any issues. They seem to be adequate with the care. It is a very nice facility and I wouldn't mind living there when I get old.

The maangement staff are very responsive. They always have time to work on whatever is necessary in taking care of things and I think they are pretty proactive. The activities are pretty good, they keep my mom engaged and there is enough things that she can choose to do things and feel good about it.

On the whole everybody makes a sincere effort and the maintenance is very good. Compared to other places, I feel like I am getting a lot of value and good care for my parents. I appreciate everybody here and I am grateful.

We’ve been really happy with dad living there. I would say overall the people are so nice and I think that is so important. Dad is always greeted and feels welcome, which makes him feel at home. That has been wonderful. I think the activities are quite good. They have a good variety from lectures and intellectual things to games. The managers are very attentive and seem to be very understanding in working with seniors. I just feel they're willing to work with families.
