The price is reasonable. They are not the cheapest place in the area but not the most expensive. I think it's fair for the services she gets. They try to accommodate her even when she is being difficult. Management has always been around and addressed things anytime I've had a concern or a question. I've never had a problem contacting someone. The staff seems caring and they make sure she gets her medicine. They check up on her. I have never seen any problems with housekeeping. They have a day when they do the laundry and they have a notice in her room as to when it is. They seem to have different things on the menu. Even when they have something she doesn't like, they have alternatives. I definitely would recommend it.

It's a friendly staff and a clean environment. They have some very nice patrons. I think it's worth the money. They are good about calling us when there is something wrong. Management is open to suggestions and they are aware of what is going on. They keep the building very clean and well furnished. They keep up the plants. The cleaning service is consistent and we think it's good.

Everything is included. I don't have utility bills or a cable bill. There is no way I could do it cheaper than anywhere else. I have plenty of room - more than I actually need. Everyone here has been so nice to me, from the staff to the residents. They are very welcoming and that counts for a lot. The housekeeping is fantastic. They work their butts off. The woman who does my room, Rosa, is fantastic. I have never had a problem trusting her. She does it perfect every time. They get around 10-15 people a day to come play Bingo and they do that every day. They have several other board games and cards and a movie night. They do a really good job with the activities. The food is good and the service is good. The servers work really hard and they are very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen staff is top notch. Nancy has done a great job. She is very respectful.

I think the value is good. This is something that is in his budget, he can afford it, it is clean, and they are kind people. I think he has adjusted very well there. I would say the food is good. I think they have appropraite portions. They try to keep it healthy and balanced. They are smart and try to give everyone desserts, so that keeps them all happy. They are personable. They all know his name and joke with him. He loves that. He loves the attention. He is enjoying the help, and glad they are there for him. THe ladies that take care of him are very caring.

The aides and med techs are great. The med techs were always on top of the medication. They were always there when she needed it, and I'm grateful for that. The upkeep of the facility is nice. Her laundry basket was always empty, and the room was clean. She went ot bingo everyday. They had a cardio get together, and she always went to that. The dining staff would always accommodate her. Everyone would say hi to her, and she felt like she was important. That made a big difference for her, and they made her feel very warm. I think the price is fair. I was pleasantly surprise with the care she got. They treated her really well, and it almost felt like a family.

For the services that are provided and the level of care that is provided, I feel it is good value for the money. In regards to the dining, the variety on the menu is good, and the service is good. The care givers do take good care of her. They genuinely care about her, and I am happy with the level of effort by the care givers when they are taking care of her.

I like the current management. She seems to be proactive in the facility. He seems to be very happy. I am able to call and speak with them at any time. I think the price is perfect. They have been very helpful with that.

The care givers are very good with medication and communication. I see the activities all the time when I come over to visit my father. In the dining room, they accommodate my father's moods and dietary restrictions. He's happy with the apartment. If we ever have an issue we tell the housekeepers and they come and clean it. The management teams keeps in contact and they always get back to me. The price is fair for what he gets.

My father-in-law’s apartment is a perfect space for him. Maintenance is responsive and management has been really good. He says the food is delicious and he loves that he can have anything he wants. The activities are phenomenal. I see the movies, bingo, the library, it's all good. They are consistent and changed up well, it's really well done.

Every time I went there someone was cleaning and his clothes were always clean. They kept them really nice. My dad liked the food here. The caregivers always had him ready if I was going to take him out of the community and they always had him looking nice.
