Arbor Palms of Anaheim

My mom seems to like the food and seems to eat everything. Her room is good and anytime something happens to my mom, the caregivers are right on it. I have been very happy with the level of care she is receiving.

The building seems to be kept up well and the garden always looks good. From a Memory Care point of view, the care staff all seem to know what is going on, so they're very attentive and the manager there is wonderful with my dad. The residents love to play Bingo and you never see the same thing on the dining menu twice. Overall, I am perfectly happy with the way he has been cared for and where he is at.

The housekeeping is excellent, the gardens are nice, the open areas are well kept. The healthcare staff is always just super sweet and take care of anything we ask.

Management has been very helpful to me and my father. He likes the activities, especially the Wii bowling.

I appreciate the management. The food is very good. I appreciate the activities with the people here. The housekeepers do good work and when we ask for things to be done by maintenance, they get done.

This place is more expensive but it is 1000% better than where she was. My mom's room is set up very nice and has room for everything she needs. Management has been respectful, the housekeeping is okay and the care staff are wonderful. Mom loves the food

There are a lot of places that charge more for the exact same thing and I think the staff go above and byond to make the person feel cared for. They were very attentive to our concerns. The representations they made about that facility and what took place there was very reassuring. They were very transparent; anything we wanted to know or had concerns about, they addressed. We have been there a couple of times to dine with him and it has been fantastic. I can't ask for anything more. My wife and I made this decision to put him there and we visited the facility on three separate occasions. We have seen the response time of people being transported and that gave us a very secure feeling on what we were getting into. That made a huge impression on us.

I felt like I got joy from everybody there when I visited, it should be a joyful place for people to live and that's what it is for my mom, it's living up to what it was like when I visited it. Management went above and beyond to take care of me and help me make the decision to go to Arbor Palms over two other places. The dining is excellent; I even ate there and thought it was so good; I want to come live there. I love how they treat everyone there, they treat everyone like family and that's what I like, the healthcare staff is very patient with my mom. The housekeeping is very good; the building is very clean and nice. The transportation services took her to the doctor and knew what to do, I felt like she was in confident hands. Joaquin is the best, he's so kind, informative and helpful, he's just a good man to be around, you feel happy around him.

I chose this community for my mom because I have a patient there right now. Management has been very easy to work with, very approachable, I can get someone on the phone and I can get things done with them. The caregivers are doing a good job and they do a good job with the activities. I've been there several times when they've had outside entertainment come in. Everything is always clean.

I love the people that work there. They are so nice and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. The activities director has taken pictures of mom at different times and she definitely enjoys herself that is for sure. They will come and get her for the activities. I know I can never get her on the phone in her room because she is always busy. The care staff is helpful and conscientious. I am pleased with the service she is receiving from housekeeping and maintenance. I am pretty happy with everything.
