Arbor Palms of Anaheim

I've been satisfied with the accommodations my mother receives at Arbor Palms of Anaheim. She feels safe, comfortable and the management is good at trying to meet the needs of the residents, so they do the best they can. In terms of healthcare services, I'd say the staff are all nice and great there. If something happens to her, they're right on it and the Nurses are great. In terms of entertainment, they staff helps do their nails, they play games and they take them on trips, so the activities have been great. Regarding maintenance, the man does the best he can and does a great job at the community, plus building maintenance is satifactory. In terms of housekeeping services, while she does her own laundry, there is a lady that comes every 2 weeks to clean and it's been good, so overall it's been a good experience for her at the community.

This place was the perfect solution for me. The management staff have been really helpful. I was in a bind and needed a place fast and they got me in with minimal effort on my part. I really apprecatied that and they have been really nice to me ever since. The dining room and chef are exceptional. The activities are well planned. They are fun and I have fun doing them. Everyone enjoys them. We just got a new activities director and she is fantastic. The housekeeping has been great. She does a great job. She doesn't disturb anything she isn't supposed to touch and she is very friendly. I couldn't get the deal I am getting now somewhere else.

Management is very good. My father-in-law likes the food and the servers a lot. The activities are really good and the housekeepers keep up with the laundry. Maintenance does good. The building is in really good condition. They repainted, put up new signs and decorated for the Holidays. He likes the transportation and it is convinient for him. The care is very good.

I had lunch with Jennifer and another lady and they seem very nice and seemed to pay attention to everything. Lately he has been saying the food is very good. He said everybody there is very helpful. The keep his room very clean and the building maintenance is fine. The caretakers have been good. They help him a lot to put his socks on and when he needs coffee they put the water in the machine for him. They help him get dressed and help him with medication as well.

We liked that the facility was small in comparison to others that we saw. We thought that the staff was friendly especially a woman named Jennifer. I felt like she was our advocate and was truly concerned in trying to resolve our dilemma. We liked that is was close to our home. We liked the activities and we thought the price was fair. In regards to the dining, my mom is happy. The food is good. She is very happy with the housekeeping and the care has been excellent.

My mom’s safe and comfortable there. They do a lot of good activities. Mom likes the bingo, the movies, and the shopping trips. She uses the community shuttle bus to go to the market or when they go out to eat. I have no problems with apartment cleaning or laundry, and we’re satisfied with maintenance. The building looks nice and clean.

The price is fair and my mom's apartment is fine for her. I think she feels pretty safe and comfortable now. The girl in the finance area is amazing. She is good. I visit with my mom at lunchtime and the food is very good. A couple weeks ago they had the Sunday Thanksgiving celebration and the food was extremely good. From what other people say, the activities are very good. The housekeeping and maintenance is very good as well. The caregivers are amazing. They are very good. I am very happy with this community and I think it is great.

For the amount I pay Mom is getting a nicer room for what I would have had to pay at other locations in the area. I have had a good experience with all of the management staff. Everyone has been great. I think the activities they offer are great. The movie night and all kinds of other things. The housekeeping department comes around once a week to get her laundry and clean her stuff.

The care he is getting is great and they are prompt with anything that he needs. I know whenever my dad has had something happen they notify me right away. The car givers keep me informed as far as what meds need to be ordered and if I need they rx number they get it to me right away. I know the care givers help him eat and make sure he eats. The dining staff always prepares good meals. I know the few times I ate there they were great. The food tasted good. They serve them on time which is awesome. It is always clean in his room and his clothes are always clean. It is a great staff and a great facility. I love everybody there. He likes it there.

My dad has very specific dietary needs and they accommodate him in the dining room. They offer a lot of programs, a lot of activities. It always looks like they're having fun. Housekeeping is satisfactory, and Independent Living they follow the schedule, it's every other week. The caregivers are very nice to my dad and he gets along with them. He's very happy there.
