Arbor Rose Senior Care

This is a nice place. The management is pretty good and they take really good care of my mom. The food looks good and my mom seems to like it. The staff keeps the residents pretty occupied and I really like that they get them to do exercises, especially when they can't get out. Her place is always clean, the yards are gorgeous and the building is always clean.

Management always communicates with me and if anything is happening with my dad they give me a call. The food looks good, his room is always clean and the building is beautiful. Everything is very clean and organized when I visit. The caregivers are awesome. They are very caring. They check the residents and actually seem like they care. Arbor Rose is awesome.

The housekeeping is very good. They are constantly checking everybody and cleaning up if there are spills on the floor. Maintenance is constantly helping and doing things in my wife's room. Her room is just great. Mona is one of the sweetest ladies there. She tries with everybody and works with everybody.

The staff at the community really tries in the memory care unit and have good ideas for activities. The care staff is very good to my husband. The maintenance department makes sure everything is always fixed and looks good. The housekeeping is great. The management is responsive and they seem to know what they are talking about. The two nurses there all of the time are very good with my husband. Also, the design in the memory care unit is great.

It's a very pleasant place to be. The housekeeping is great and the laundry is clean. The maintenance staff does a good job of keeping his room taken care of. If there are any problems they seem to get into it right away. I like the building and the grounds. The care givers do a really good job. I know that when Dad needs something they get after it pretty quick.

I just feel good about everything here. They take care of you and help you. It is just a good situation. My husband likes the food. I have been in the food business my entire life and I think it is great. From what I can see the activities are fine and he has anything that he needs. He is happy and likes it here and I am happy he is here. Things are going well and I have no complaints at all. We are so fortunate to have him in such a good place.

She likes her room. It is really nice. They have quite a variety in dining. She gets a calendar of activities every month and she can follow along. They look like fun. The whole facility looks good. It looks like it is well maintained. They are pretty good about coming and getting her laundry consistently. The value is very good.

Management seems to really care, and they are always accessible to me. The food seems to be very healthy, and my dad eats all of it. My dad seems to enjoy all the activities here. His clothes are always clean, and the building always looks beautiful. Their transportation is great. They go over and beyond what they have to do.The caregivers are great and see concerned about him. My dad smiles a lot, so he must like them. I think it is a great price for what we are getting.

The outside maintenance is well groomed. That is one of the reasons I took him there. I think it looks great. Everybody that I talk to there or when I was doing the placement was extremely helpful. I go and see him once a week at least and he always tells me the food is good there. They have a lot of activities for them. They are always changing it up. He really likes the day club thing there. He always seem extremely happy to be around the care staff. They are always having fun with him and stuff like that when I am there. He likes them all.

I feel that I am getting my money's worth. The management pretty much does whatever it takes to run that facility. They are there to help you out. I have tasted that food many times, and it is good. The service is good. They are right there waiting on you hand and foot.
