Arbor Rose Senior Care

The food here always seems to look pretty good. My mother's room is always neat. She always has clean sheets. I am extremely happy with the job that they do here. We haven't had any issues.

The healthcare staff is very respectful, willing to help and take care of my friend. The building is immaculate. It's always clean, doesn't smell and is very nice. They have a good variety of activities and my friend likes it when they take them to different places because it's a chance to get out of their home. Overall, everything has been good. She is totally safe, comfortable and the ammenities are wonderful. It's a great atmosphere and seems like a great place to be.

My father has lived there over a year now and it’s a great value. The front desk staff is always there and friendly. He's always fresh, looks good, overall they've done a good job. He gets his medicines when he needs them. We're very satisfied.

I call management about anything and they answer my questions. According to my aunt, it is excellent food, the laundry is fine and the vehicles look excellent. For what she is receiving, the price is excellent.

The care is very, very good and the staff is knowledgeable. The building is very well kept, beautiful and she hasn't needed any repairs in her apartment. They do a lot of activities with the residents and they're very well planned because everyone is invited. The dining area is kept clean and while I am not there when the food is offered, my mom seems to like it and says it's good. Management is very accessible, very nice and knowledgeable about the community. Anyone that has ever asked me, who needs a place for their loved one, I say Arbor Rose because I know the ladies in the building show love and care.

My sister is happy there and doesn't want to move. I am totally satisfied with Arbor Rose. The outside looks really pretty. Since the new people took over it looks like some changes have already been made. The care staff has some really good helpers on it.

My mom lives at Arbor Rose Senior Care and I am very satisfied with the value received because the price is fair. The healthcare staff is really good because they do a good job and communicate with me. The community has a lot for the residents to do and I participated in the Halloween thing last year, which was really fun. The service is really good.I really like the community, the atmosphere and my mom likes it there, so I would definitely be likely to recommend it others.

I think the value is fair. The healthcare staff assist any way they can with any issues. The maintenance guys have always been there to help her out and the building looks good. The apartment cleaning and laundry is good. The activities are good. We've been happy at the community because everything has been good.

Overall, the management is very knowledgeable and very courteous. In regards to the service in the dining area, they go around and get the people if they don't come to the dining room on time and they take their food to them if they are not feeling well. My mom is very satisfied with the housekeeping. My mom has gotten some help from them and she is satisfied. It is a very comfortable place. The lawn is kept up, the trees are nice and it smells nice when you walk through the yard. It is very well kept up. For everything they do the value is alright. She definitely feels safe.

Things basically seem to go okay there. We are pleased with her care. The woman who does the activities is very friendly and offers all kinds of things to do. She has a good variety of activities. I think the people that mop and clean are great. The building maintenance is excellent. My mom kind of requires a lot of care. She walks a lot which means she falls a lot. I will say that the care staff are good in emergencies.
