Arbor Rose Senior Care

The caregivers are good to my mom. I’m satisfied with the management team there and the laundry service. Maintenance is good as well, and the activities are consistent. I have brought friends of mine there and they say it’s cute and wouldn’t mind living there when they need one of these places.

I'm very pleased with everything, the workers are very helpful, the driver made her feel very comfortable. Maintenance is outstanding and they take care of all the needs we've requested and are very kind about it. Overall, the management staff has been very attentive to all my questions.

I visited several places and Arbor Rose is the best that I found, my mom is safe and well cared for. I do all my communication via phone or email and I've found Shannon to be prompt and always helpful. When I've visited, it's been clean and tidy and I think they have followed protocol and contacted the health department to get recommendations when there was a virus so I was pleased with that. The healthcare staff that I've seen interact with my mother have been kind, helpful and friendly to me when I visited.

Arbor Rose has given me my life back and lifted the weight off my shoulders. I do trust Arbor Rose with my mom, and that says a lot. I know Amy, the hospice nurse, and the chaplain from hospice, and they've been great. Linda, a night nurse, has been great as well. Management is friendly, usually attend to anything I have to ask of them, and very professional. The dining crew is very good to her. Maintenance is okay. She's never had any problems with the floor, shower, or TV. The building itself is okay, no leaks, and everything looks in tip-top shape. They keep the grounds up and everything. Mom used the transportation shuttle once and she enjoyed it. I like her apartment. I like the care; they are on top of it. They have lifted such a weight off my shoulders taking on her care; I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I chose to move my Grandmother into this community because I work for Arbor Rose and I wouldn't put her anywhere else. I know that they have a good team and they provide good care. They're very attentive and they spend a lot of time with my Grandmother. Management is on top of it and gets back to you right away. The food is amazing and the servers are good. Maintenance is also amazing and they're available whenever you need them. My Grandmother's room is clean and they have housekeeping staff on every day.

The price here is very competitive and I understand the costs involved. I have seen the calendar of activities and think they are very good. It was one of the reasons we chose this place for Dad. I have never gotten a smell of anything here at this place. They do a good job with housekeeping and maintenance. The care staff here is very, very good. Overall, it's a good facility.

I think the place looked nice, I toured six or seven places and came back to Arbor Rose. I knew someone familiar with the different nursing programs in the area, so we checked it out and I liked it. I liked Ellen Harris, the lady in Sales and Marketing, she was very pleasant to talk to and answered all our questions, and the place was clean, it just looked like it would be somewhere comfortable for my mom to be. My mom's friend said the food was good and I haven't anything negative yet. It's been nice and clean.

We were looking around and it seemed like a good place for my grandmother. I think the dining servers have been friendly and overall the building looks good.

The management staff is all so friendly. They are always so happy to see us and talk to us. My husband says the food is good here. I have seen the activities and what I saw looked fun. I can't believe how clean his place is. He is a messy eater and I never see food stains on anything and he always has clean clothes on. They told us maintenance would do everything when he moved in and they did. They hung his pictures and put away his clothes. All I had to do was just bring him and his toiletries. I was in awe at what all they had done for us. The building impressed me. He is in the memory building and I could probably eat off that floor. The care here just blows me away. They have awesome people and awesome care. They are doing such a good job with him. He is happier, I am happier. The stress is off for taking care of him.

We're really happy with Arbor Rose, it was recommended to mom by her previous doctor. My sister and I visited; liked how it looked, and liked how all the employees spoke to us. I imagine management has to be very good for the community to function. We haven’t had any problems. When we moved in, a very pleasant gentleman from maintenance introduced himself and I gave him the list of things to repair. We're satisfied with housekeeping, the apartment cleaning and laundry, as well as the care from the caregivers. Care giving is very, very hard, I've done it for years, so I'm very appreciate for Arbor Rose.
