Arbor Rose Senior Care

My mother moved into this community because a friend of mine who works in the industry recommended it. The price seems pretty great because the state picks up most of it. Management has helped me out the whole way. They have answered all our questions and everything has been great. They shared a calendar of events with my mother when she moved in. Maintenance hooked up her TV so everything is great. We are good at this community.

I live in the area, it's close to my house, and it was appealing on the outside, so I moved my mom in. The management staff has been very accommodating and understanding, they bend over backwards for you. The maintenance staff put the bed together, they do what's asked of them. Housekeeping and healthcare staffs have been accessible and satisfactory.

My mom moved into this community because her care manager recommended looking here and we liked it once we looked. Management and the caregivers are pretty good. The staff get my mom out and to activities everyday. They have flyers posted advertising the activities. Housekeeping is almost perfect and the grounds and building are very nice.

Management has been very responsive to all of our needs. My aunt appears to be enjoying the food and the activities. Her room is always clean and the building is maintained well. The caregivers are very attentive and they always let me know of things I should be aware of. My aunt likes living at this community.

My father has been at the community for about one month now and so far, they seem very attentive in caring about him and his care. His care manager Kendra was amazing in just making sure that every detail for him is taken care of and if there is ever a concern, she is quick in addressing it. The activities are great, housekeeping is clean and maintenance is good, we haven't seen anything worn down and they're always working on things. Overall, I think it's very fair and his care has been very steady and consistent, so one of my biggest mind releases is that he is safe and cared for because he was falling a lot at home.

When I went into Arbor Rose, it was amazing. They were super nice. They took me into the memory care unit and it was clean and didn't smell like a hospital. I felt really good and I thought my mother would get good care there. From the moment I toured this community I knew my mom was going to be in good hands. She enjoys the activities very much. The food here gives her the proper nutrition that she needs and the care staff are great. Everything is very good.

The experience has been great. The management staff worked really diligently to make sure we were able to get all the paperwork done so she could just leave the rehabilitation center and go straight to Arbor Rose and it went perfectly. I'm really really happy with Arbor Rose right now. My mother seems okay with the food and laundry services. There's a good variety of activities, I think they're doing good.

My grandmother seems to be satisfied living at Arbor Rose.The dining staff is great. Whenever we have needed them, Maintenance has been great. I've never had an issue with housekeeping, so I would say they're pretty good at it. I think the staff is very encouraging in terms of the activities and getting residents to participate. By in large, the value is probably about average for everything she recieves.

My mother has now been at the community for about a year and I would say that she's getting good care. I'm very pleased with the housekeeping, her room is always kept up well. My mother has never complained about the dining or the transportation offered, so I would say everything is good. We have had a few concerns, but I'm pleased overall.

The building is always clean and her clothes are always clean as well. Every time I talk to nurses they're completely competent and answer all my questions. I haven’t had any problems at Arbor Rose with anybody.
