Arbor Rose Senior Care

My sibling has been around for a while now and likes it. Dining looks like it's pretty good. They're doing well, everyone seems to be enjoying the food, the meals seem to be good. Everything is clean inside, and the grounds and building look good. Transportation does as good a job as they can do. We've used it for years. The busses are always highly maintained. I've already recommended it to people.

My mom has long term disability so I think it is an equitable arrangement. There is nothing to complain about there. Ellen was very welcoming and thorough. The management staff have all been very helpful and reassuring. They answered all our questions and left the door open if we have more questions. From what I understand they provide well rounded nutritious meals and snacks. The dining staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a lot of stimulation for them to keep them going. It is very clean and there is nothing noticable to the eye or the nose. So far they are keeping up with the laundry. We were scrambling to get a twin bed in the room before she got there. When the day came to move her in, the bed had been put together and the staff put the linens on it. It was amazing. They have all been very helpful in providing updates when we call or text. They are giving us information and sending us pictures. Overall, I feel very secure that she is there.

My brother likes the people; they're very friendly to him. They all know his condition and how he is now, he's been there for almost a year and they're very accommodating for him and try to help him whenever possible. I think the staff does a very good job with him and the other guests there. Overall, I think they do a really great job. Maintenance is always super nice, if they're out cutting the grass or doing stuff like that and I'm walking by they'll stop and they always say 'hi' and are very friendly. I think they keep the building in very good shape. Hi room is always very clean, very organized, the kitchens well-kept for all of the residents. It's been great so far.

Everybody was so nice when we visited. The staff is so good and the property is clean. It is just wonderful. My wife likes the activities. They had a group come in and do a luau and she really liked that. The building looks wonderful. She had the TV moved and some of the furniture moved around. The gentleman who came was very good about it. The healthcare staff is very helpful and very nice. They do what she needs and take care of her.

Lisa is a resident care director and she is very caring and concerned and responsive. I think the receptionist is wonderful at the front office. I think there seems to be good menu variety and the food seems hot and balanced. I've seen variety of activities, I know it's available, and I know they've tried to take her, but my mom isn't a joiner. I think the building has been very well taken care of, so the maintenance department is doing well. All in all the care is going well.

We think the value is fair and i know my mom feels very safe and comfortable. The directors have all been very accessible and willing to help answer questions that we may have. She is very happy with the housekeeping. They are very timely and they do a good job. The staff is very good. We have been very happy overall as a family with the facility. My mom is very happy with the staff that works there.

I think the staff does a great job with my mother. They are very patient with her. She is being fed nutritious foods. If she needs help with something the dining staff gives it to her. They give her something to cover her clothes so she does not get really messy. I am happy with the service they are offering. Her room seems to be kept clean. They do her laundry and everything seems to be fine. They have a repairman there that does a good job. She gets good care and I think the caretakers are above average.

It was clean, the caregivers were on top of his appointments and everyone was very loving with my dad. They're very sweet and caring. I like how they had everybody sit together at a table; it makes you feel like you're at home, like you're family. It was great. When I transferred my dad to the community, the staff was very helpful. They were very helpful, especially for me, I couldn't done it without their support.

I chose this community because they were able to accommodate my father quickly for a short period. This facility had a good reputation as well. The management staff has done a wonderful job. They are attentive. They ask how things are going. They are always available to talk to the residents. They are always trying to include him in the activities. Housekeeping is excellent. His room is always great and very clean. The facility is excellent. It is very inviting. He had a small stroke in January and here he was given the ability to be as independent as possible. He now has more independence and I have seen a change in him. He feels good about himself again.

The facility is nice, the courtyard is nice. I'm very satisfied with the price. Management is wonderful and explained everything. They really helped me out. If I ever have a question, it's no problem. Mom loves doing a lot of the activities. Any time I've ever had a question, it's been answered. Things are taken care of immediately. Every time I go there my mom is sitting on the patio and tells me how happy she is to be there. Everyone's been really super good to me.
