Arbour Square at West Chester

It has been wonderful for me. They do provide everything you want and need here. They are very kind and friendly. They have an activities calendar, and you should see it. They have so many things. If you feel good, they have a bus that goes out to the Amish country or this store or that store. The maintenence men and housekeepers they have working are good. The building and grounds are clean.

Christine does a very good job and a couple of the others too. They seem to do well and are helpful too. I voice my concerns, and they listen and it works out fine. Anytime there is a concern, I go down and talk to Christine, and she is very willing to help with no problem. The activities have been very good. We are starting a new year, and they are keeping it up. They have a lot of activities, and if you want to join them all, you can. Maintenance is very good and they take care of anything you ask them to do. The building is always kept up very well. The community is nice. It is not a real big place, and everyody is pleasant. I am very pleased with it.

They are respectful and accessible for sure, and if there is a concern, they respond quickly. The maintenance has always been good, and even when Mom first moved in, they were very responsive on that. My mom had a fall here, and they were very attentive to her and really great about that. When she has an issue, the care givers respond. From what I can tell, the price is in line for what she received. The accommodations are very good.

The management team there has been very supportive and very responsive, and they communicate well. The food is good because my dad has gained about ten pounds since he has been there. That must mean he likes it.As far as actvities and what they offer, it is great. The laundry service is great because they offer the service, and when it is done, it is done. When I need stuff to be done, they do it, and when they are going out and they need something cleaned, they take care of it. The building is brand new, and it is in good shape. It always looks clean and well maintained. The transportation staff has been outstanding in taking my dad where he needs to go. The nursing staff is phenomonal. They are really, really good with my folks. They are kind and supportive and very good.

The variety and quality of the food is good, and the dining service is fair. The activities have been excellent. Maintenance has been good, and the common areas are well maintained. I like it here.

I like the facility, I like what they have there for the people. I like the place because it's bright, new, got a lot of stuff going for her. It's got the pub, game room, and outdoor fireplace. It's got really cool stuff. When the calendar comes out there's a lot of good things they can do.

I have been very pleased with Arbour Square. Everyone has been very nice and kind. They go out of their way to make sure any of your needs are met. The housekeeping seems to come pretty regularly. His place always looks pretty nice. It is a newer place, so I haven't seen it really needing much. With the few problems my father has had, the maintenance staff tended to them right away. Because Arbour Square is not that big, there is more familiarity.

They do a very good job with housekeeping. In independent living, they do a very good job with activities. Mananagement does a fine job. It's a new place, and they're constantly getting better.

My dad is very happy with the dining experience and loves the dinner at the community. He is getting involved in activities and enjoying them. The healthcare staff is knowledgeable, responsive and he is happy with them. Management is respectful and responsive to needs.

Management has been responsive to my questions and the healthcare staff has been very good.
