Arbour Square at West Chester

After the tour we were happy with the amenities and facility. The dining and housekeeping are very good. Maintenance has been helpful with a few things we've needed. The value is very good.

The healthcare staff is helpful when you ask questions and when you press the alert button, they come within 5 minutes. The housekeeping has been good and the building is very clean. I am happy with the food and they have a good selection every night for her. Management is very proactive with me and they have been able to treat my mother very nicely.

I love it here and it's great for me. The location is convenient. The food is very good and the chef here is terrific. The activities are so good and all you have to do is go to Helen who is in charge of the activities and tell her what you would like and she has it right on the schedule. If I have a doctors appointment they will come and get me and take me home. The man who drives the bus is terrific. They try to accommodate everybody. If someone has trouble getting around somebody will go with them. I couldn't have found a better place.

I't s a very nice place and my mother gets treated well. They have a lot of activities to do here, the housekeepers have been good and the maintenance staff are excellent. Whenever you need something, maintenance takes care of it right away.

I think it is beautiful what they do there. They all love her and take care of her all the time. I'm lucky to have them. I have no complaints with anything, they are wonderful. According to my mother, the food they service is the best she has ever eaten. The activities are fabulous. She keeps them busy. She does exercises, plays music, dances and plays games with them. The building and grounds are beautiful. Everything always seems to be nice and neat.

It's a wonderful community. Management there is the best and the activities have always been great. Housekeeping comes in once a week and everything gets clean.

It's a beautiful facility, it's one of the nicest ones I've ever been in or seen. The healthcare staff is very respectful. Almost everything we had any issues with, we were able to bring up and talk to someone about immediately and the reception was very good.

The whole management team is excellent, they can't do enough for you. The people are really interested in helping, when they see you they ask if there's anything you need. The chef there is fantastic, the food is like something to get excited about. When I go there, it smells so good you want to eat it yourself. It's beautifully kept, the open spaces always look neat, organized and clean. The whole place is just gorgeous. I just really like the whole setting, I like the people and their attitude. There's nothing like the feel of this place. For me, I like the whole package there, I like having the care from them because their brand is on it. If you get care from somewhere else, you get someone who doesn't really care whether it goes well or not, but they care about their brand so they're going to take care of everything.

It is impressive when you first walk in, even before you meet the people. It has a lot of ammenities that a lot of places don't have. I know that she is cared for. The management staff are easy to reach, good at communicating what is going on and always have good information. There are so many activities avaiblable and my mom is making new friends.

I am very happy with the staff here. The food is very good and I am very pleased with it. The transportation is very good and when they are walking people around the property for potential move ins I stick my nose in and tell them how good it is.
