Arbour Square at West Chester

My wife and I have been living here this past year and I am pleased with our apartment. It seems to be a safe environment and we have no safety concerns living here. Management is available, and the dining room servers, those girls do a real good job.

My father was very impressed with the way the builder built the place. It's more like a well run hotel, but also it's a brand new building. They have a nice game room and most of the time, our kids were playing with some stuff, so they have done a good job of getting families involved. The theatre room is also a huge plus. The food is great. The Chef, once a month, will prepare a special meal where you dress up and sign up, so he does like that idea.

The communication level has been really good, they have all been very accessible and professional. The overall vibe is that they really have the best interest of the resident as their top priority. Billy, he is the director of the memory care; he is just fantastic, it is obviously a calling for him because he has been spot on from day one. I think he installs a lot of enthusiasm that resonates through the entire team

We chose this community for my mom because it was so modern and they had a lot of things for her to do. Management seems to care and everybody is very sweet and nice. The food is very good and there are enough activities offered. Maintenance came and helped her a couple times with her TV when she couldn't get it going.

We are just really impressed with Arbour Square and really pleased with it. Christine is wonderful, she responds to my emails and concerns and tries to meet our needs beautifully. The food is very, very good and the staff is wonderful, sweet, attentive and know what my parents are interested in eating, they're great. I love the nurses, Lisa, Joanna and Cindy are just great and they really work hard to keep an eye on my parents, whenever I call about something they follow up.

I think it's one of the nicest facilities around, my aunt is getting a lot of attention so I'm pretty happy there at Arbour Square. It's expensive but at least I feel I'm getting my money's worth, they're attentive, there are a lot of people around and they seem to be on top of things.

They seem to be pretty well organized. They make everything known to the family members. I think the information given has been very good. They try their best to get the people involved. They have the daily paper up front showing all the things they planned for the community. The activities are excellent. Valerie and Billy in activities are really outstanding. They go out of their way. They know each residents likes and dislikes individually. The outside has good curb appeal. It has good landscaping. The care is very good.

Maintenance is very good and housekeeping does a nice job, they're very pleasant people. I really don't have any complaints. All in all, it's good. The management tries to please everybody.

This is quite an establishment to handle and take care of. They are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel like you're part of the family. I think the management staff is excellent. The waiters, waitresses and chefs have all been so nice. I feel like I have known some of them for years. I am satisfied with the activities that are provided to me. Everything looks and seems clean. I give these few people we have an awful lot of credit.

The building is in really good condition and the transportation services were perfect. I think for the right resident, it's a great community.
