The Atrium at Serenity Pointe

The dining was always excellent, housekeeping was good, and the transportations service I used there was always very good. The maintenance guys were always helpful and knowledgeable, and cleaned up when done. We were satisfied with the value and safety, that’s good.

From the day that we walked in and throughout the transition they have been really good about keeping me informed. They have been fantastic. I love the personal contact I get with the facility. The food is like eating in a restaurant three times a day. The service is good and all the staff know what the residents wants. There is never a lack of something to do. The residents can sign up for multiple things in a day. They have a couple of mini vans and a bus so there’s always someone there to take them to and from appointments.

I am glad my mother is here and she is pretty content. Her apartment is always clean and shiny and when mom has had an issue, it has been taken care of right away by maintenance. There is plenty to do here and that has been one of the most positive things.

The value is excellent and management has been very respectful. The food quality is good and the servers have been very nice, helpful and caring. The activities are very good and the building and grounds are very nice.

It’s the best around, it's the best place in this county. The food is pretty good and there's always something to do. You don’t have to be bored, there's always some activity to do. I use the transportation shuttle bus here occasionally and it's top notch.

Management is very attentive and takes care of everything really quickly. My mom is really active and seems to be happy playing bunco and things like that. I feel safe that my mom is there and that's the most important thing.

When we compared the Atrium with other options, hands down it was way better. For the care they receive and benefits they get, I couldn't think of a better place to put my parents. I am way impressed with the way they treat her. The aides and nurses are great. They far away exceeded what we were expecting. The director of nursing goes above and beyond.

My father-in-law moved in because of the available services. The managers have done an excellent job with accommodating everything. Housekeeping has been great. The caregivers are excellent, available, and responsive.

My mom feels comfortable at the community. She is safe and if you're using all of the activities, plus everything that the community offers, it is a fair value. The healthcare staff is respectful, accessible and responsive to the residents. The servers are great and the menu variety is fine. Overall, everything is always clean, so they do a pretty good of managing the community and it's been a great experience for my mother.

I haven't run across a facility anywhere yet that is as good at this place is. It is a great place. They have taken care of the emergencies extremely well during the day or night if you have any. When he is was in rehab they came by to visit and make sure he knew he was welcomed back. The nurses there are fantastic. He really likes Liz and says that this place couldn't run without Liz. The weekend nurse Matthew is always great. I brought some balloons in for his birthday and once they found out it was Dad's birthday they were all coming by to wish him a Happy Birthday. The staff there is just excellent. They have the pool, massages, poker, everything is great. They have fun things on holidays. I was down there for the Veterans Day. They awarded them pins, called their name out and had their pictures on the wall. That was top notch. His laundry has never come back wrong. The drive into the community is very attractive. They take him to the doctors because it is easier to get him in and out of the van. They say to call when he is done and they get there quick. The drivers do an excellent job. They are very caring and patient.
