He really loves the activities and enjoys the different things to do every week. Maintenance keeps the building up really nice, and their responsiveness has been good when he has needed something done. The transportation has been good and gets him where he needs to go. The caregivers have been on top of things. We are happy with what has gone on so far. I think it is a pretty good value for what he pays.

All of the people I have met and have become familiar with are very open and personable. They recognize my aunt and uncle, which makes it good. From what I see posted in the elevator, there are pretty good activities. The housekeeping and laundry are pretty good, and we are pretty satisfied with what they do to the apartment. In regards to the maintenance, they have done everything that we have asked for immediately.

They have quite a few options available in terms of activities. The healthcare staff is responsive, so it's going well. They're more than willing to accommodate her during dining and management has been wonderful. Accommodations are satisfactory and she feels both, safe and comfortable at the community. Overall, everything has been great so far.

The personnel there from the front office to the clerks at the desk, to the people taking care of her, the cleaning people and the cleanliness of the whole buildling, it's worth every penny. Every time I've tasted the food, it's been good.

It was a good choice to move here. I have been very pleased with the management and with the Director. She has been very helpful, informative and tries to do the very best she can. The building is kept clean and I have enjoyed my time here.

When I go into the community, things are neat, everything works, especially the elevators. My father loves the food. The housekeeping, laundry and the complete schedule of those services just great. Management communicates clearly with any changes and the care is awesome, so I think the price to services offered value is great.

We are like a family here, one big family. The whole building is clean like a hotel. I definitely recommend it to newcomers.

The employees seemed happy and they were helpful. The place was immaculate and you could tell it was a well run place. There was always something going on in activities. Whenever there was an issue, maintenance was there immediately.

The food is very good. The chef does a very good job. He works very, very hard. I have known him for a long time; he tries to do whatever we ask. The building is very nice. The maintenance guy does a good job. Everybody is friendly here. It feels like family here. We all take care of each other.
