Autumn Green at Wright Campus

The management is the best and couldn't be any better and the dining servers are fine and couldn't be any nicer. They are always doing an activity, housekeeping comes to clean every two weeks, and my apartment is beautiful.It is cheaper here than where I was before, and I am getting twice as much here. I am so happy here.

The head nurse is very professional and capable, and so are her nurses. She has been extremely responsive. The caregivers have been very good with my cousin. The activities director does a great job and comes up with a lot of interesting things. The laundry is fine, and the maintenance staff is fine. They are very pleasant to my cousin. I like Autumn Green, and I feel like they have treated him very well. It is a nice community.

The maintenance guys do a magnificent job. When I ask for something, they're right there. Management hires good people. I see the activities all the time, and they look good. I've dealt with management, and they're awesome. Marian, the activities director, is always positive and smiling. Alyssa, the executive director, is great so far. She's awesome and professional. Gail, the marketing director, was awesome at making the transition easier.

They have good food here, their portions are large and the staff are very accommodating and they cannot do enough for you. The cleaning is exceptional and their laundry room is immaculate. The common areas are clean, well kept and very attractive. My husband and I went down to the living room the other day and it was so pleasant to just sit there. Some people might think it is high for the rent, but we are getting all our meals and there is great staff in the building. We are so happy here and have felt so comfortable from day one. We both felt at home from the first day we were here.

We chose it because after visiting several communities, the ammenities were far superior than anything I saw as far as value went. The management goes above and beyond with anything you possibly could imagine and the care staff are extremely attentive. I tell people that if they're ever in a bad situation, they should go and take a look at it because I have been very impressed. Overall, the employees are delightful to work with and there is peace of mind, so think they're probably an example for the entire industry.

Management has done everything that they said they would do and the staff is very friendly.

The management is wonderful. They communicate with me quite a bit and when I have requested meetings they follow through. The building and the grounds are beautiful and the care is lovely and everything is nice.

They have a lot of activities going on and there is a list of them in the elevator. The laundry is perfect and the housekeeping, such as vacuuming, is perfect. The grounds and interior are well maintained, the building is very clean and there is never a bad odor. The caregivers are very good to my dad and he really enjoys them. Management always returns my phone calls and are perfectly fine.

The management is pretty good as well as the activities. I have been here eight years and I like it because it is bright. They had the place painted and they always seem to be cleaning.

Management is great, really nice, helpful and they get things done. The food is pretty good, the activities are great and the laundry is very good. The building is beautiful and they take really good care of it. The caregivers are great and the price is worth it.
