Autumn Green at Wright Campus

After a year there I moved out and I liked it and hated to leave. The activities were good and I liked playing poker, bingo, all that stuff. When I needed help, maintenance was there.

The entire building is comfortable and homey. The food is good, and there is a well-planned schedule with a wide variety of activities. Overall, the price of the community certainly matches the accommodations and services.

My dad used the transportation service a few times and it was good. The person who drives the bus is wonderful with the residents. Overall, the community is wonderful. When they have outside family days, those are wonderful. They are very welcoming to everyone. I tell people about it all the time. I would live there.

In the three and a half years my husband’s been there we're pretty satisfied with the management team and the care he's gotten. He recently was moved from one room to another and the moving process was very, very good. I never have a complaint about the care givers. Any time we need help they're very responsive. They have the activities including the family functions, and they're meticulous with the medications he needs to take. They take very good care of him in that way.

I live at Autumn Green and in today's world, the price is fair for the services I am receiving and the apartment I live in is fine. There are a lot of activities offered, the housekeeping is fine and the maintenance is both, helpful and prompt, so I feel comfortable at the community. The community experience has been good.

Management was pretty good and they were accomodating. The cleaning was perfect and maintenance was very responsive, they did a good job. I was pretty pleased with the cost as well.

In the year dad’s been there, it's been nothing but pleasant since any time I have to interact with management. My dad and I are both satisfied with his apartment, it's what he needs space-wise. Housekeeping I think is pretty strong. I come once a month and it's always tidy. There’s plenty of variety and options in activities. It's a tremendous value compared to the other places I have seen. It’s cleaner and everything that is included, it's incredibly well-priced.

The director is always accommodating. They have arts and crafts and they play bingo and they have things set up where different people come in. To me it seems like the lady that runs the activities is very involved. My mother seems content with what the housekeepers do and how they clean up. When we have asked for something they have always taken care of everything. Laundry is ok and it gets done on a weekly basis.

My uncle stays in Autumn Green at Wright Campus and I think it's a good deal. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is wonderful, the price is fair and he likes it there. Regarding maintenance, the community is very well taken care of, but they also have a lawn service and shovel the snow. With cleanliness, the place is kept very clean. With activities, there is a lot of activities and always something to do there, so overall it's a good place and the lady at the front desk is very caring, knows everyone and keeps an eye on the residents.

The value at Autumn Green is above average. My dad says the food is good. He seems to be pretty happy with it.
