Autumn Green at Wright Campus

My mom is definitely safe at this community and has been really happy with the dining these past few weeks. The housekeeping and laundry is fine. I think the activities they have are good and the maintenance is good. They are doing some things to improve the building for the residents such as sliding doors.

Family lives all around, close, and we did see the community years ago but there was a very long waiting list at the time. We were looking at it for quite a while and her whole family lives in the area so it worked out beautiful. Management was excellent, they were totally amazing, they're so pleasant and anything I ask, they're just unbelievable, I can't say enough about it, we're so happy with my sister there. It's immaculate, the halls and everything, and I was so impressed by maintenance, I just can't say enough about the place. There are constantly activities to do there, we're just so happy with it.

It's been a great experience for him at Autumn Green and I think the new management has been very good because things have improved tremendously at the community. It's a clean, pleasant environment and the people are nice, so it's worth it.

I think they have undergone a new management and I think mom is pretty happy. She will do some of the bingo and some of the crafts in activities. She will do some of the movie nights and will go out on the bus to the store. She has made a lot of friends in the building and she socializes with them. The maintenance has been pretty good. She has needed a couple things repaired and they have been receptive and responded in a reasonable amount of time.

Management has been very helpful and very considerate. The dining is excellent; my Aunt loves the food there. There are always lots of menu choices. There is always a lot to do there and my Aunt enjoys the activities. The building is always very clean and it looks like it's been well kept. My Aunt has been really happy with when she calls maintenance and repairs get taken care of. The healthcare is excellent. When my Aunt first got there she had quite a need for extra nursing care and it's been quite good.

We chose the community because of the proximity of the community to our house, the cost, and the personal touch from staff and residents. The management team is approachable, responsive, and personable when you need them. I like the arts and crafts they offer my mom in activities. The housekeeping seems to be pretty good. The care staff are personable and friendly. I do like the large outdoor area they have. A lot of places don't have that.

I moved to this community because people told me it was nice here. They do a very good job at this community and I think the price is good. Management is very friendly, nice and gives you answers if you have questions. The servers are very good, nice and accurate. The activities are very good and they handle them well. I like all the activities. My apartment is really clean. The housekeeping and maintenance is pretty good. They run everything every well. Everything they do is very good.

According to my cousin who lives there, he likes the food. The quality of the food is good, the service is good and the food is nutritious. The limited services that my cousin has had, the healthcare staff have been very professional. It seems like they offer a good variety of activities to the residents. My cousin uses the transportation and for the most part, they're dependable. Maintenance seems really good.

All of the caregivers are very good, we have the pendant that you wear and they're very good on that, they came up right away. The housekeepers come in once a week on Saturday and clean and I'd say they do a good job. Regarding activities, they have everything.

Mom is happy with the variety of the activities, and the management has been responsive to her and myself. We’re satisfied with the housekeeping’s handling of apartment cleaning and laundry, and the responsiveness of the maintenance crew. It’s a good value, and mom is safe and comfortable there.
