Autumn Green at Wright Campus

I've been here for two years, and the management teams looks out for people and helps people. They have lots of activities. The housekeeper comes and does the bathroom and the mirrors and mops the floor. Maintenance is good. I’m safe and comfortable here; I’m good.

My mom is satisfied with everything; she likes the breakfasts a lot. The activities are good, she likes the exercises, bingo and she enjoys the birthday parties they have for the residents. They do her laundry and I know that she had a couple of things that she needed done and maintenance took care of it.

Management all does everything well, the desk girl and Alyssa are absolutely wonderful, she always says hi to you. The Program Director never stops, she has a lot of different things going on, the entertainment is good, there are crafts, card games, bingo, and it’s all good. We have the most wonderful bus driver in the world, Ted, he does everything. He waits on you hand and foot, he'll go into the store to tell you when he's there, he helps you with the packages on and off the bus, he has a sense of humor, he's wonderful.

I liked how clean it was, and it seemed more like an apartment for seniors than a nursing home, so dad moved in. It was clean, the staff were nice, and the rooms are like nice condos. From go the management team has always been there, been responsive, and made me and my dad comfortable. I like the fact it's like a little restaurant. I like that there’s two dining times for dinner, and they provide all three meals. Every time I see the list of activities it's overwhelming, it's a good amount. Right the day before we moved in there was a short in the light and maintenance fixed it the day before move-in. They were gutting the place and I asked if they could cut the tub so he could walk in and they did it. Compared to other places the price is reasonable. The staff and everyone there, even the caretakers, as we walk through the hall everyone is always saying hi and it makes us feel very welcome.

The price is high but they are all about the same. I am happier here because they have more stuff I am interested in and the quality of people are more my type. I love my room and the view I have. I have seen the calendar of activities and they offer a lot of different stuff. The transportation service is fabulous, really nice. I like the idea they take you places and give you freedom. I am satified with the service I receive from housekeeping and maitenance as well.

For me, it's just the peace of mind that my father has somewhere to be . His apartment in Autumn Green at Wright Campus is nice and you can choose different layouts depending on what is available, which was a selling point for us. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable and there is usually someone at the front desk. I know the residents may not feel the same, but as a family member I appreciate the dining staff and the fact that my father gets all of his meals there. The last year they started providing every meal on the weekend also, so that was a relief and I also think they have a good variety of food. They always have something going on there from crossword puzzles to excursions that the residents can go on to movies and Bingo. My dad takes part in all of that, so one of the reasons he has stayed there is because there is so much to do on the property. The cleaning staff is very good about coming and doing what they're supposed to do, I am satisfied with their consistency. I haven’t had much to do with maintenance, but I would say the few times we have had to ask them for something, they have come and helped out. While he doesn't take it for personal transportation, it's a good selling point and another one of the reasons we chose Autumn Green, so it's just been a good experience overall.

Everyone is so nice and patient with my siblings, they've all be so nice and helpful. My sister and brother-in-law are bathed, they give them their meds and the care staff has been wonderful. Every time we've walked in the apartment is very clean and the laundry is done well. She has a beautiful shadow box that maintenance put up for her and they put in a brighter light in their kitchen; maintenance has been great. All in all, the value is great.

I think this is a great facility from top to bottom. Judith and Gail were absolutely wonderful. Every person that I have dealt with in that building has literally been perfect. The ladies at the front desk that can't be nicer. They always have a smile on their face. They say hello and there is never a bad attitude. It is a wonderful staff of people that they have there. My dad is getting his food to his room. The staff will say hello and they help him get situated. It is not like they are just dumping the food in his room; they are very, very nice to him. He enjoys all the food. The cleaning is so far perfect. The care staff has been very patient with my dad. The nurses are very patient with my dad. The whole staff there is phenomenal.

I have lived here for over three years. I am satisfied with the services that I receive from housekeeping and maintenance. They both do a really good job. I am a gambler and really enjoy the trips to the casino they take us on with the activities department.

We are getting what we pay for and I am happy with the accommodations. There are plenty of things to do here in the activities department. I don’t think she needs to add anymore. The calendar she puts up you can find something for anybody. The maintenance staff just painted the hallways and it looks really pretty. New carpeting is next. When they have something to do they do it quickly they don’t wait. The driver in transportation, Ted, is very good. I trust his driving; he does a very good job.
