Autumn Green at Wright Campus

My mom moved in because I liked the place, the room size is nice, and the dining room is beautiful. The managers all answered all our questions. If we didn’t understand something, they went over it again so that we would understand. My mom loves the movies, she's going to see one tonight. Mom hasn’t had any housekeeping yet, but the trash is gone from her room whenever I go there. The hallways and common areas are always spic and span, always clean. I really like the sensors in the room, that's a plus. I like the place myself. The outside area, I love that too, the sitting area is really nice. I love her apartment and maintenance comes right on time. I brought my mother home with me one day, and she kept telling me to take her back because it was meal time. I told her she could eat with me, but she wanted to get back and eat in the dining room. The service is excellent. I went down there and ate with her one day and it was just like a restaurant. The value is very good. I think it is a bit pricey, but she gets excellent service. With everything included, we can’t complain, and everything is beautiful.

It is very comforting to know that my dad is taken care of. The management is very good. Any issues that we have ever had are taken care of. They are very polite and they know us whenever we walk in. Every time I go there his room is clean and made up. He hasn’t had any issues with maintenance. It looks like they are on top of it. They are in the midst of doing some cosmetic work. I think they are keeping it updated. They are patching holes and painting it. It is always kept clean. The care givers are pretty outstanding. They keep track of his medicine and his blood pressure. Whenever I call I get a reponse pretty quickly. If there are any issues they take of them.

Despite some issues, I think the value is good at Wright Campus. The aides that helped care for my mom were very nice and caring. The activities coordinator is very good at what she does. She is always making sure everyone gets where they are going and knows what they are doing.

I have lived at Autumn Green for almost 4 years and I'm very happy in this community. I'd say the value is good for the services available. Sheila, in the management department, has been responsive and the management staff seem to have an interest in the residents. They have recently changed from cafeteria service to table service and it's much more like a restaurant and classier. The menu variety is usually something for everyone and the dining service is good. I like the ladies that come in to do the housekeeping, they do quite a respectable and thorough job.

I think the value for his rent and the cleanliness of the building is really good. I like the ease of transition, being very flexible with logistics, and that the staff at front desk always being helpful and friendly. His apartment is a good size for him, small and cozy but not cramped and they offer a decent amount of activities for him to participate in. The staff are very well organized and professiona at Autumn Green.

From what I've heard from my mom, she likes the food and choices and from what I've seen the people are nice, helpful and respectful. I know she likes the movies and some of the field trips offered. When she's had any issues maintenance has come very quickly. I think it's fair for the services received, I think they're fairly priced.

My mother has lived at Autumn Green at Wrightwood Campus for about three years and I think the activities are very good. Mom doesn't participate in as many things as I'd like to see her participate in but I think they do a great job with the personal transportation and MaryAnn in activities does a really good job with outside events when they go places for field trips. The movies at night are really great and that's something mom partakes in. In the three years my mom has been at this community there have been three different bus drivers and they've all been very good.

My husband has been here for a little over three years now and we have been very satisfied with the care that he has received. The staff is helpful and responsive. He likes the food and has particpated in some of the activities through the years. The housekeeping and laundry all do a very good job.

So far since moving my mom into Autumn Green I have truly enjoyed the service. There are a lot of good choices in the dining room for her to choose from. I have always seen the laundry get done on the laundry day, which I am happy about. The driver seems very accommodating and friendly. He seemed to remember me from that one trip. All in all for the care she needed, we are satisfied.

At the community my uncle has a very nice apartment, I actually think his kitchen is nicer than mine. The apartments are very nice, the air conditioning works great. The management team is very attentive to the residents there and they really keep an eye out for them. The housekeeping is pretty good. The building is very clean and if something breaks, maintenance is very attentive and fixes it. He loves the transportation, the driver helps all the residents in wheelchairs and walkers on and off the bus. If you have any kind of problem you just go right to the staff and they take care of it, I have no complaints!
