Autumn Green at Wright Campus

It is a good deal and I am happy about the price but the food. The building is really pretty and she likes her apartment. I really like the building. We have had a few bumps in the road, but my mother seems happy there.

My mother has lived at Autumn Green at Wright Campus since February of 2011. She loves the service in the dining room. My mother loves the people and she was on the board, so they take such good care of her. They're always doing activities. Everything is always meticulously clean. The vehicle is very well maintained and is very flexible. The driver is every resident’s friend, so he is really nice. Overall, I'd say she is happy there.

My mom lives at the community and has been there for almost a year now. She has gone on the bus outings and done a few activities. I think that we have had our ups and downs, but she seems satisfied living there.

The people are nice, the community is clean, and his apartment is nice. The price is below average. My dad goes to the movies, he plays cards a lot. I think he plays a couple games here and there, so I think activities are pretty good. Housekeeping is very good. It’s nice, it's clean, and the place is a good size.

There is a woman by the name of Pat who runs the front desk. She runs the place. She is amazing. They're really good with Transportation. I think the activities are good. My mother hasn't complained about anything.

It's a good value, it's a little bit expensive but I think for what he's getting, the meal service, cleaning and overall accommodations, it's good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. It looks good and clean both inside and out.

One reason we chose it for my mom was the location and the other reason was that the people that helped us were accommodating. All of the people there are great. They were very accessible, answered my questions and made things easy. I have had one of the best experiences. Sylvia has been fantastic, she is on the ball. Whenever I see her she is pleasant, she is in a good mood, she knows what she is doing and she knows what she is talking about. Irday is good too. There is a gentleman that takes my mom to the restroom and takes her to her meals. He is very nice and accommodating. They are all doing a great job.

I actually looked at the property four or five years ago and because of location it didn't work out. In the last year I moved closer to Autumn Green so it was time to move my mom closer to me. The building is clean and very well maintained. Everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. I just visited my mother yesterday. I could tell from the interaction between the front desk and my mom that they cared for her. Anything that we have asked from them, they have followed through. My mom doesn't eat beef and the first day she was there, the chef came out and asked what she can eat. He went back and prepared something that she does eat based on her dietary needs. I thought that was very impressive. The staff is just really excellent.

We have all good things to say about the services my uncle received there. The maintenance staff was very helpful. When he was able to, he took the group shuttle to the grocery store and that was very helpful for him. Anytime he needed to go somewhere they took him. The C.N.A.'s were excellent. We always felt like he was treated respectfully and his needs were attended to. His care was excellent. We credited this facility with allowing him to live. He probably would not have survived if he did not have the assistance from the nursing staff. They were truly wonderful. If he could return back to this facility we would do that.

Autumn Green has nicer living facilities then other places. Most assisted living places look like nursing homes. Pat who works at the reception desk is the person you get through to and she goes above and beyond. She's the one that pays attention. I give her a four star rating. We are lucky that they have the activities that they have. The building is kept up pretty well. Overall, it's been 10 years and I guess we still like the place.
