The management of the community is friendly, easy to talk to and easy to work with. The maintenance staff is very helpful and happy to do whatever needs to be done. They do a nice job with keeping the plants and flowers, so the place looks welcoming to people. Housekeeping services come in once a week, do a nice job cleaning and they're friendly. The activities I can get her to go to she enjoys and they have a nice variety. They have a good variety on the dining menu and the wait service seems nice. She feels safe, comfortable and I'd say it's a good value.

I think the activities people know what to do to entertain them. They have a lot of neat activities for the whole place to participate in. The whole place is down there for Happy Hours. They really know what to do to get people together and socialize. The building is nice looking, kept up well and everything works.

So far everyone has been terrific with my mother. I have been in a lot of communities and this community does not look worn down. Barrington has a lot of areas where people can gather and that is where they watch TV, not in their bedrooms. That is what we were looking for. The food looked nice. I worked with Casey the executive director and Linda Boden the sales director. They were both terrific. This community is not on the low end. It is right in line with better communities from what I have seen and it is a good value. The transition has gone very well and that has a lot to do with the community and the resources they set us up with.

I am satisfied with the accommodations and services my mother receives at this community. The guy that does maintenance is very helpful and pretty willing to do anything for you. The building looks well cared for and the girl that cleans is very nice. They seem to post activities in advance and she is happy with them. She's taken the van to the grocery store as well as done some of their classes and the coffee social in the mornings. I have been quite happy with the management. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable.

My parents live there and they both feel safe, it's a nice place. The maintenance guy has been there numerous times hanging things, like pictures and TVs and things like that. Everything is pretty much immaculate as far as the common areas go. Housekeeping is in there every week and the place is kept clean. My dad really enjoys the entertainment there. We have had no problems with anything there. Management have been to all the meetings and kept us informed of what is going on.

The director is very personable and responsive. The chef here comes out to talk to the residents and to see what they like and what they do not like. There is a lot of opportunity for feedback, which she loves. I am pleased with the activities. They have a lot of opportunity to do things here. Housekeeping is so responsive and wonderful, and my mom's apartment is a good size and layout. It is well suited for her. The building is clean, well maintained, and smells good. The drivers are really responsive and watch over the residents. They have a very caring procedure. There is a lot of care taken to watch over the residents.This community is a good fit for her, and is a safe, warm, and caring place. The caregivers always use her name and ask her how she is doing. I feel she is looked after, and that is priceless. When my step dad was dying, there were at least six staff members in their room, and that meant the world to us. The nursing staff stopped by on their day off to give my mom their support and hugs.

We're happy with the care that my mom receives. The maintenance team is great. The housekeeping services are really good. I think the activities are the best. The dining is pretty good. They do a great job. My mom loves the servers. They're very sweet. We feel great, and we're really happy with it. I think she's getting a good value there.

Everyone is very nice. They are friendly people, They are embracing of new residents. The maintenance team is very good. They fixed her cable box, and he came as soon as he could. The housekeeping is fine. The activities look interesting to me. She hasn't said anything negative about the food and dining. The management team is doing fine. I believe it's a good value.

The food is good. We go out on trips and to meals, and I have enjoyed that. The exercise things are good. I like Amy and her staff. I love the cocktail hours. I think that is marvelous to have a place to go every day and have a couple drinks. It is a great ice breaker. I get what I pay for. I think the management team is on top of things. I like Linda particularly. She is the one that helped get me in here. She has a wonderful personality. I like the management and the place. They did a spectacular job at Christmas time. I think they are all top notch.

There is enough care staff to serve properly. Overall, I think they do a good job. The transportation service is very good. The apartment maintenance is excellent. They keep the building looking beautiful. They decorate this place very nicely. I feel there is enough variety in the activities, and there are plenty of outings. The dining service is excellent. The value is good.
