The management is very responsive, and I feel like they are doing a good job. I have had no problem with communication with them. They keep the folks busy and entertained, and they usually take them out for lunch once a month.

It is a satisfactory value, they all do a good job. They keep it as clean as they can. I think they are alert and aware of things. I've had no problems at all here.

Management is very good. They are cooperative and conscientious. The chef does a good job, and the dining servers are good. Housekeeping does a good job. They are on schedule all the time and they are very polite. Pat does the maintenance, and when you need something, he gets it done right away. The building is good. Transportation is on time. They work around your schedule, and the vehicle is in good shape. The caregivers come when you need them, and are very cooperative.

My parents have recently had a downturn in their physical and mental capabilities, so this was a perfect time for them to move here. It is a real blessing that they are able to live here. The management team has all been marvelous, and my parents keep saying over and over how wonderful the staff is here. I was very impressed that the chef came and introduced himself to them within a few days. He explained how the dining worked. The menu options are very good, and my parents have enjoyed eating here. Maintenance has done a wondrful job. Almost all the staff members were calling them by their name the first day they were here. My mother was very impressed by that. The caregivers have been very nice and attentive. Everything has been wonderful, and we couldn't be happier. My parents have expressed that as well.

Management has done everything that we have asked them to do. The caregivers have given her her baths, and she is very happy with them. My mom enjoys all the food, and the menu choices are good. The housekeeping is good. The maintenance has been great, and the building looks fantastic. We shopped around, so I think the price is comparable. My mother is very happy here. So far, so good.

The move went smoothly. The hospitality there is amazing. We cannot say enough good things about Casey and linda. We're just really happy mom is there and that there was a spot for us. It's been seamless. Everything is in sync. Everything is really neat and clean and well kept. The flowers on the grounds are beautiful. Her first meal there was Saturday night, and she said it was great. She had lunch there yesterday, and she said it was delicious. The dining staff is very nice and polite to the residents. The management team is exceptional. They never seemed annoyed and answered every question that we had and just helped us through the process. We just love the professinalism and the hospitality and the whole product that they offer.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations I receive at this community. Management does a pretty good job, and I really can't think of anything they do wrong. The healthcare staff is very good, and maintenance of the building is satisfactory. The housekeeping staff come in to clean, and they're very flexible about when they'll do it. The community sends me an activity calendar to let me know what is going on. The chef comes around from time to time, and the servers do a good job during the dining experience. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable living here.

The management staff were very friendly and open to things we asked of them. I like that she has meals available at all times, not just certain times during the day. When there is a need, the maintenance department is right on it. He is very nice. The care staff have all been very nice. I haven't had anything to complain about. I am glad that we are getting a lot for the money.

I know my parents are very, very grateful to live there because it's really been wonderful. The healthcare staff is helpful and people respond in a timely manner, which is very valuable. My parents are comfortable with the maintenance man and the building is satisfactory. My father is involved in bridge and poker and everyday they do a call to remind people of what activities are available. Overall, peace of mind comes to mind knowing that if they need help, someone will be there immediately.

I think her apartment is good. She's been in two different rooms and they were both very good. The maintenance is fantastic. Housekeeping does a great job. They have a good variety of activities. Casey, the executive director, is fantastic.
